- Guys this is a continuation of the limited work I have been able to put towards the '67 build. Other family events and our other vehicles needing attention have slowed me down even further. I'm about to kick it into high gear tho! More to come after this one, Take care, Clay

I have a lot of interest in your F-100 project and have been waiting on more videos. Glad to see that you are back on it again.
Jerry, I'll try to keep them coming! I have a lot of footage that I can publish if it's raining outside as well!!! haha. Take care my friend, Clay
LOVE your rear end moving handles, gives me a similar idea.
Really enjoying this build, I have my eye on a 66 stepside with a 289, and was thinking along similar lines.
cheyennedogsoldiers - Nice! Glad the series is helping and maybe even keeping the juices flowing so you can obtain that truck and get it going!
Clay got a few questions about the rear end swap on the 67 ?
Fire away, I'll try to answer them...
The drill fixture in the last video was a slick idea. I'll be using that trick when the time comes.
How is the project coming along? Hopefully we'll be seeing some more videos soon
I've successfully moved my family, the shop, the household goods, etc to Texas (our home state) from Va where this video was made. We've been remodeling our (new to us) home and the truck is waiting on me to continue in my new shop. More videos are being made and post processed now. Episode 15 is due out in a day or so. Thanks for the comment, glad you are enjoying the series. I still use a wire wheel on my drill all the time, but also bought a inexpensive polishing motor/stand from Harbor Freight and put a 6" wire wheel on one side of it. I clean nearly every nut and bolt I reuse this way. Take care, Clay
Great build, and excellent videos!! Sorry if I missed it but what did you go with for rear shocks? Thanks.
Mike Osudar - Thanks Mike; I still need to pick some. The project is going pretty slow right now, but hopefully soon I’ll get that much needed time for it. Take care. Clay
@@Texasknowhow Look forward to you finishing your project. Great job!!
WOW, I'm learning so many NEAT time saving ideas, what is the name & model number of your portable sand blaster?? So do you pump the tank up and it works independent from a compressor??
Numa Newbern 40 lb Sand Blaster from Harbor Freight. You need a pretty good size compressor to run it.
awesome
hey clay whats the part number to the U bolts?
I ordered mine from RockAuto.com and they are for the 2000 ford explorer with the 5.0 L engine. - HUSKY SPRING USB041R
Hope this helps. They fit perfect for the way I did mine.
Hey Clay. Been watching your videos and am in the middle of my own build. One question: why did you choose an 8.8 with drum brakes instead of an 8.8 with discs? Are you planning to do a conversion? Sorry, I know you have many videos and maybe I haven't seen it yet. Thanks for your time and posting these. It is very helpful to many people. Thanks!!!!!!!!
Donald Humphries - it has disc Donald. At 00:30 seconds into the video you can see the disc splash shield. Mine is off a 2000 Explorer.
