    I hope you enjoyed todays video covering my new amp the MGL 50 2204! I love this amp and I'm excited for the future music I will be creating with it. It's a hardwired recreation of my favorite amp the Marshall JMP 2204 but with some amazing upgrades. Thanks for watching!

    Hey bud love how you show you can play clean and tasteful a lot of players only play supper high gain with tons of effect to make up for being sloppy but you make the guitar talk with soul and feel that’s what makes my really enjoy your playing. We got similar style on guitar and just wanna say your one of my favorite guitar players on UA-cam keep killing it my dude maybe sometime I’ll post somthin of me ripping and you could check it out 🤘🏻

    Why would anyone want a modeler when these tones are all coming out of one real tube head?
    A simple Fx board and your done

    • @JordanSteele
      @JordanSteele  3 місяці тому

      Absolutely! But a modeler is a great backup to bring and have in hand if something goes wrong

      Yes! that’s the best response I’ve received regarding the topic of
      “Real vs Modelers”
      I own AxeFx3, Kemper and a Quad but at 62 I also have a live room where my collected harem sits tranquil waiting for myself or tracking talent to plug-in
      Too old and grumpy to give any of them up and to stubborn to accept the new tech as I don’t feel it lives and breaths at shows, cheers

      You certainly can’t beat a great amp. Maybe in the future modeling will improve and actually be as good. I don’t know. But in my experience and with modelers being much better than they used to be, it is definitely worth having a modeler in every guitarist possession. My favorite modeler which is kinda not a modeler but I consider it one is the Friedman IR-X.

    Great amp. Man you play 8’s gauges and tuned to Eb? You must play very soft to be in tune?

      I’m using 9s right now but I do want to drop down to 8s or 7s in the future
