How it should be is if you know how to save someone and you're able to save them then do, if you didn't you're more helpful standing by in some situations, a lot of people tried to save others ended up drowning themselves, it's also important to know when someone is beyond saving.

For tops, t shirt, or under armor or any company like that makes both tight fitted shirts and loose shirts that dry very easily and quickly when sweating. Dude I’m the same as you I just started getting into lifting seriously I’m going to be 35 this year. I started with an empty bar. 2 weeks ago.
Bench- 45 lbs
Rows - 45 lbs
Squat -45 lbs
Overhead Press - 25 lbs
Deadlift - 65 lbs.
Those are laughable numbers for even girls but I’ve never lifted seriously and when I was playing sports I was a skinny runner. Any time I lifted in the past. I always did too much too fast bought unnecessary supplements tried for 1 month got no results and gave up now I have a buddy whose a trainer and physical therapist whose got me lifting correctly from the empty bar working on form got my diet and sleep in check. I can’t wait to see where I am in 6 months!! Cheers man happy lifting today was a rest day for me but hearing your journey just gave me so much motivation for tomorrow mornings workout!!

It's really a cruel world and being aware about misandry is a saving grace for men to know what's happening now. Now, I know about misandry thanks to this man's research. It was a blessing that I found about this guy.

So the gym is only for men? Women shouldn't have a place where they could work out and be someone of "higher value"? These women are a minority, don't go after half the population with this easy generalisation.

I started working out about a year ago and I went from being barley able to do one pull up to being able to do more than 10, so I can really relate to the ending of the video.
I was falsely accused in my teens, I was about 12-13 years old and some ugly chick was writing sexual notes to me and creeping on me in some horrendous ways. When i finally told her to back off she used her notes she wrote me to accuse me and everyone in the school believed her over me, scarred me for life. I was sent down the MGTOW track many years before i even knew what it was due to it because i was and have always have been horrified of it happening again.

I wish I could give some "they're not all like that" pep talk, but they pretty much are. I can count on one hand how many women I ever seriously courted, and one made a bogus stalking claim while the next was going to do the same before I saw it coming and cut her off. Similar thing happened to me in middle school when I didn't even talk to any of the chicks at all back then. School counselor pulled me out of lunch to the dean's office and started grilling me. Told me a few of the females have reported me to her that I was grabbing their breast and smelling my hands and yelling smell check. I had no idea wtf they were even talking about but after getting accused of sexual assault when I didn't even talk to any females at all, I learned that nobody gives a fuck about you as a man. Especially when it comes to being accused of sexually assaulting people, it's insane how a woman can accuse a man of rape and ruin his life with no proof. They have no proof just accuse me out of the blue some people I don't know never talked to before and everyone believes them. The metoo movement brought memories of that awful day back.

I remember when I was 14, my first time at the gym and I was pretty clueless to what I was doing (I still am bc I never went back after this incident) I asked this woman (abt I wanna say late 20's-early 30's) if she knows any workouts that helped with chests and if she could point me to the machine I'd need, she then got workers and said I was trying to hit on her and kept looking at her.....again I was 14.....and she was like 30

The part where you mentioned me to and how it was more filled with people making false accusations and they were given rise to infamy in my mind earned my subscription. Secondly, I'm glad I don't have to go work out at the gym and I can just go find a basketball court and do roughly around $100 to $250 shots for about two and a half hours and get almost an entire full body workout of partial squats and cardio done. I refuse to be anywhere near these women. They are disgusting and I cannot fathom why people are following and dealing with these women.
The only thing 99% of these guys are guilty of is wondering when some narcissist is gonna get off the squat rack.

This reminds me of something I saw in the gym years ago. A woman though a guy with sunglasses on in the gym was blatantly staring at her. She went and complained to the staff and made a huge stink. Turns out the guy was legally blind and could not see more then a few feet in front of him. He wore the sunglasses so people would not think he was staring at them. I never saw that woman at that location again.
These type of idiots would've think twice if they were posted on first page of every social media with their photos on with the following: "I'm an atention whore that falsely accused a blind man of staring me" this would reduce these types by at least 80%...

where i live most of the gyms have banned recording, if you record in gym they revoke your membership with no refunds and some even host days where its strictly women only
