Made this to take away for our weeks camping and it lifted the salads to another level. 😊

Nice and simple. I tried it with walnut and rape seed oil on lamb's (field) lettuce. It was very good. Thanks for reminding us how simple good cooking can be.

replace the sugar with the same amount (2tbsp) of real organic honey
way more healthy and more body for your dressing (my opinion)!
and go on and try different sorts of vinegar. there are a lot of great fruity variants out there, that are just delicious. same for the oils (walnut, hazelnut ...)
big thumbs up for the video

Hi! I don’t make it with sugar or garlic. I like using fresh parsley or dried bouquet garni. Never thought of garlic, I’ll try it with the garlic. Good video. Happy New Year :)

Thanks. But mine wasn’t sharp enough. I think it’s because of the cheaper Waitrose “essential” white wine vinegar.

Why sunflower oil as well? I usually just use extra virgin olive oil but if I'm missing out on something then could someone fill me in?

Some olive oios are strong in taste , guessing the sunflower oil was to even it out.
