      Juice can make a difference, enough of a difference for social media algorithms to push you forward…. As I said originally non of these guys want more folks cutting into their pie 🥧 .
      They’re already banking off this revenue and don’t want more folks to be successful in it because it takes away from them.
      “Tren twins, Sam Sulek “and there are more… not as enormous in size as CBUM but big but tren media influencers. That have popped up recently because .. guess what with a little bit of juice you can make money and show off crazy gains on tiktok and people eat it up.
      Steroids, TikTok and yelling are the recipe right now boys. I’d say get on something test make gains and flex on social media and you’ll make a decent income .. that’s the world we live in.

    💯 strength fibers in the muscle can grow fast on cycles but the tendons and ligaments are not in the fast lane for growth. Another thing that is important is stability training so during end fatigue of a set your form doesn’t collapse and much heavier weight pull your tendons/ligaments to strain or tear them. Surgery can fix it but takes time to heal but it won’t be the same again performance-wise.

    For everyone tryna clown him for telling people not to take steroids:
    Yes he is currently taking em. However, after my own research I've been doing on steroids for a while, I understand why he and many others on gear tell people not to take gear. It's not anyones decision but yourself. Gear doesn't 100% guarantee great results at all. If your diet is trash and genetics aren't there either, you may not look how you expected or hoped to.
    Cbum is talkin about going natural early on in your journey and bring out the best you can so you can optimize your natural growth and get experience and knowledge on proper programming, nutrition, recovery, etc.
    When someone takes gear, it seems the only pro is you get big. Now it's up to an individual to decide if the shopping list of side effects are worth getting big.
    With all this being said, again, bodybuilders tell people not to do it because they aren't to be responsible for what happens to you, only you are.
    Cbum simply regrets taking it at his early 20s so he could optimize his natural potential then upgrade to gear and push even further off that.
    Once someone is on gear, as years pass, it gets harder and harder to keep growing. Like with everything, your body builds tolerance. I'm sure he understands if he started gear at say 25 instead he would have much more growth to look forward to in comparison to now.

  • @universalnetwork264
    @universalnetwork264 Рік тому +1

    Hop on if you know how to keep yourself safe and are at minimum 21 and have a minimum of 1 year training experience. Best to wait until 25 and or have at least 5 years training experience. If you hop on early make sure to have long breaks. Longer than your cycles or blast and cruises. Don’t hop on if you’ve got a high body fat %. 15% is the recommended maximum but 20% is also okay. Make sure to have estrogen blockers on hand in case you need it and pct. If you’re hopping on for long periods of time make sure to get HCG to recover your balls and speed up spermagenesis. Start off with low doses and with safe compounds like testosterone. Start at 250-500mg a week. 250-300mg will give you great results if it’s your first cycle but the shutdown of your testosterone will be equal to higher doses but your estrogen will be more safe and most people won’t even need estrogen blockers (AI (aromatise inhibitors).
    You can expect to gain around 10kg on the first cycle and keep around 5. I gained 15kg personally then I did a cut for a couple of months and lost 10kg, being up 5kg more then regained another 5kg quickly. On my 2nd cycle now. Going to take probably at least a year off when this is over because I’ve been cruising and it’s going to be about 7 months of blasting and cruising in total when I’m done. It’s only been test e but I’ve run into almost no side effects, keeping the dose from 250mg-300-350mg a week.
