It's great on any sort of tacos or Mexican dishes, but also for sandwiches, or even as a dip.
Made this sauce and it rocks! This and the creamy jalapeño sauce are excellent dipping sauces. This is like a South Western Yum Yum sauce. I made this a couple of days ago and the smokey flavor has developed and the heat mellowed. Thanks!

It's spicy, but you can easily adjust the spice levels to your preference!
