    So today, i will be sharing my Miyan taushe recipe.
    Miyan taushe is a savory, Nigerian pumpkin dish, native to and quite popular with the Hausa and Fulani tribes of Northern Nigeria. It's made from a combination of ingredients such as ripe pumpkin, meat, groundnut and leafy vegetable. It's mainly enjoyed with Tuwon shinkafa(rice fufu/swallow), rice, and even naan bread.
    INGREDIENTS
    Beef
    Fried fish
    Pumpkin:- peeled and cut into chunks
    2 tbsp palm oil
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    Crushed groundnut
    1 large onion
    Crushed ginger and garlic
    Blended peppers
    1 tsp daddawa
    1 tsp curry powder
    ½ tsp thyme
    Beef stock and water
    Chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
    1 tsp ground dry cray fish
    Seasoning cubes to taste
    Salt to taste
