Also, you can see on the onboard that Stroll was looking at the apex instead of the car in front of him... during a safety car... where the only thing you look at is the car IN FRONT OF YOU. stop making excuses for this creature, he has no right to have a super license, period.

Stroll was looking to the right, trying to anticipate when others accelerate. Crash was completely his own fault and nobody else's.
@@kingkreole9121 Yep, and his more experience teammate Alonso was doing the exact same thing and almost crashed (looking at the apex and not anticipating cars coming to a stop ahead)- Alonso could be argued to the be the actual cause of the incident.

Unfortunately he has to make the right decision sooner than later. Lance is just not improving if he doesn’t improve in the next two races and he just keeps under performing they’re gonna have to make a decision and there are plenty of drivers on the market looking for a seat, and if they missed that opportunity, they’re gonna have to give their reserve driver an opportunity which is a good idea because Felipe does deserve it.

Familiar from somewhere... That is what Max does every occasion when he crashing somebody (not so often nowadays, since he is 20 sec ahead of everyone). I could not find any Max crash when he admit it was his fault.
@@takemetoyourwebsite You're hilarious. Here is the physics of it, The cars were accelerating. Then they were decelerating. Simultaneous with the deceleration there was a short between the brain and the hands and feet operating Stroll's car. You can't really be that thick. Can you?
@@danabuch324 Watch the onboards. I studied all of them. It was mostly the fault of Alonso and Ricciardo. Despite the cars slowing down and moving slow in front of Ricciardo, he speed up into the Apex. Then he realized he fucked up and had to slam on his brakes to avoid Piastri. Danny is the most to blame because he had the best view of the slowing cars in front. It's a bit like Mugello 2020, but only in this case, Piastri was slowing down and Danny still decided to speed up. So it's even worse. Kind of a chicken or egg thing. The origin is Alonso, but Danny fucked up pretty bad by speeding up even when the cars in front of him were going very slowly. This made him have to slam his brakes. Because Lance doesn't see what Danny sees, he didn't anticipate the deceleration. It amounts to erratic driving. I'm not sure why you guys don't see the problem. It's under safety car. So why is Danny driving so erratically? He talked up about how good he is at paying attention to the car in front, yet he speeds up when the car in front is going slowly. At first I was on board with equal blame, but now I'm kind of leaning towards Ricciardo and Alonso being the most to blame in this incident, but especially Ricciardo. Go watch his onboard. He speeds up even though Piastri had slowed down significantly. Then it's like a brake check scam for Lance. Total bs.

Usually when a new driver in F1 is out of his depth he's despatched a la De Vries . But with Stroll and Mazerspin 2 drivers who daddy funds ,they hang around like a bad smell. Mazepin was worse but Stroll has been in F1 for years and has'nt improved at all . Ooooh tough choice !

Alonso did the exact same thing that Stroll did at the apex, but only had to avoid 1 car ahead, and could be argued to be the cause of the incident.
If you have the means, watch it. Alonso is keeping a gap and looking at the apex, not at the car ahead. He has to slam on the brakes. This causes the pile up, and Lance has to react more quickly than anyone ahead because they're all standing still in front of him. KInd of shitty circumstances. Yes...he could have anticipated it better. But to act like he's the only one who does such things - well, his teammate did the exact same thing, and it almost ended the same for him. You bozos just come out of the woodwork with every little Stroll mistake.

If you look at the incident in full you can see a clear gap of at least one car length between stroll and daniel, and the simple fact is, if Lance had been looking in front instead of the corner apex he would've had time to react. He failed to react because he wasn't paying attention and just assumed everyone in front would keep going, and he was wrong and entirely at fault. I don't mind drivers making mistakes, it happens to them all, but he needs to have the courage to take responsibility for causing that accident and stop blaming everyone else for his failure to pay attention.

And how does Lawrence EVER expect his team to move up the pecking order with only one real driver scoring the points. He needs to suck it up and put someone serious in that seat.
He knows he seat is never under threat.
When you study the telemetry and video thoroughly, you will see that the problem started with *Sainz* keeping a massive gap to Perez, then suddenly accelerating hard and then braking hard which made Alonso do the same (because at the restart, you need to be as close to the car ahead as possible), locking up and very nearly crashing into Sainz. The cars behind Fernando were line astern and had no way to tell Fernando was braking THAT hard. This means that the further you were behind Alonso, the worse your situation was because the EARLIER you had to brake to avoid contact (because of the growing length of the slow cue at the hairpin) but you had no information you should brake THAT hard and THAT early. Daniel just made it, Lance didn't. In general, any such sudden accelerations/decelerations (like Sainz did) right before the restart should be avoided because they can be perceived by the following cars as a signal for either pushing hard (restart) or for trying to get very close to the car ahead. What happened to Lance could happen to anybody in his position. Ricciardo's minimum speed before turning in was 35 km/h (21.7 mph) after slowing down from 151 km/h (93.8 mph). Nobody expects such dramatic changes, especially since Max at the front was driving OK (no extremes - 56 km/h minimum speed) and the guys far behind only saw Max and the first few cars when the situation arose. Lance was slowing down very much like (Verstappen,) Sainz, Russell and Piastri. Only Fernando and Daniel were braking much earlier. And only Daniel was braking to such a low speed. Just check f1 tempo com.
