Its one of those games that nail all of its mechanics perfectly, like Rimworld or DSP where you tell yourself “just one more thing and then I’ll put it down”…and you end up 2hrs late for your kids Christmas concert 😔

    - there is fast travel in the game and automation too, but it's late game
    - also, once you increase oxygen to certain level you can actually breath the air (no more oxygen capsules needed unless you go diving)

this game is one of my go-to games to relax and chill with. this game and powerwash simulator. both i will play to wind down and have some satisfaction of doing a bit of chilled work done at the end of the day. its soooo addictive as you said. now its got co-op too thats gonna make it feel like theres more life on there despite the milestone life forms but having real people in a world makes it not seem as lonely kinda thing. sadly i dont know anyone of my friends who has this game so i dont get to experience that. but its an awsome game and i love that there is no hostile creatures on it like other games. its just a pure chill game apart from the oxygen n food n water issue. i have always recommended it n i had the game since the 2nd day of its early access. the devs are also engaging too as you can message them and they will always reply. an amazing team who have put so much hard work into thisgame which the industry needs so badly nowerdays

The awesome thing is you're at peak one (as I call it), where it's like, "okay, this is getting grindy--oh, faster boots.". Then it gets grindy again, and it's like, "Oh, bigger storage.". I've learned it only feels slow if your heat/pressure/O2 is unbalanced in growth rates.
I am soooo addicted to this game as well!!

Did you see the water just before you got to your base at about 4:50? It grows, and before you know it, that base will be under water.

What I ended up doing is running the game in the background waiting for the numbers to tick up.

Another great vid. I’m still on the fence with this one I must admit. Occupy Mars, still in Early Access, this one finished. Aside from that fact though, as I have and enjoy the former, do I have a reason to splash out on the latter? Mind out for that red dust. Badger.
