@@DutchPlanDerLinde-se9fk Mr Sandman was also done dirty in NES punch out, he was #1 and Macho man was the champ, Mr Sandman is literally impossible but Macho Man is as hard as Soda Popinski
I just realized that i made a terrible mistake with this video. Bald Bull's winning percentage is actually ~64.2%, which means that every fighter from Aran Ryan to him are ranked wrong. Not only that, I also got Super Macho Man's record wrong (along with his winning percentage). I will probably remake this video with those errors fixed and once that's uploaded, this one will become unlisted.
Every boxer here has a sprite recolor counterpart. Check it, Gabby Jay and Bob Charlie have the same body type. As do Piston Hurricane and Aran Ryan. Masked Muscle and Super Macho Man. Narcis Prince and Hoy Quarlow are the only exceptions, they have unique body sprites.
a "% after they lost" would have been good here too , i know there is no title defense but still i feel like there should have been one either way , great video once more
I decided to find the info on MTPO in case you ever decide to make a video on it! Now, there's a few different ways someone could format this, but here was my method: Line up opponents in each circuit based on their winning percentages from lowest to highest. Rematch percentages can be shown, but only after the original opponent has been encountered, and it can only be in the world circuit. With that out of the way, here's what I got: Minor Circuit: #2: Glass Joe 1%. 1-99 #1: Von Kaiser 63.89%. 23-13 Champ: King Hippo 66.67%. 18-9 Major Circuit: #3: Great Tiger. 82.75%. 24-5 #2: Don Flamenco 88%. 22-3 #1: Bald Bull. 89.47%. 34-4 Champ: Mr. Sandman. 93.10%. 27-2 World Circuit: #5: Don Flamenco. 84.61%. 22-4 #4: Bald Bull. 87.17%. 34-5 #3: Soda Popinski. 94.29%. 33-2 #2: Piston Honda 96.29%. 26-1 #1: Piston Honda. 92.85%. 26-2. (Yes In this case you would rematch him immediately) Champ: Mike Tyson. 100%. 31-0. Final Boss: Super Macho Man. 100%. 35-0 In this scenario, Super Macho Man would actually be ranked higher than Mike Tyson. Even though they have the same winning percentage, Macho has won more fights than Tyson. If this were Mr. Dream we were talking about, then Super Macho Man would still be the world circuit champion, as Mr. Dream has a record of 99-0.
Of Course the Bruisers would be Top But Let's compare the two Games (Using Better records for repeats, and Ties broken by Who I think is stronger) Glass Joe: 1% Gabby Jay: 1% Disco Kid: 25% Bear Hugger: 58.6% Heike Kagero: 63.6% Von Kaiser: 63.9% Aran Ryan: 64.3% Bob Charlie: 64.9% Mad Clown: 65.4% King Hippo: 66.7% Piston Hurricane: 67.7% Dragon Chan: 68.2% Masked Muscle: 79.2% Narcis Prince: 80% Hoy Quarlow: 82.7% Great Tiger: 82.8% Don Flamenco: 88% Bald Bull: 89.5% Soda Popinski: 94.3% Piston Hondo: 96.3% Super Macho Man: 97.2% Rick Bruiser: 97.6% Nick Bruiser: 100% Mr. Sandman: 100%
29-3, but still, I should have paid more attention. Luckily, it doesn't affect the standings too much, it's just that he's tied with Mr. Sandman in terms of winning percentage.
Bald Bull and Sandman were really done dirty in the original order
Agreed they both deserved better
Bald Bull should have been Major Circuit Champ and Mr Sandman as one of the World circuit boxers champion or not
Well I have a theory they added one of the tough guys at the end of each circuit just to put a challenge into the next league

You're just now noticing this? It's been like this in every punch out game
I was literally looking for something like this today for the Wii version (thanks for making these)
a "% after they lost" would have been good here too , i know there is no title defense but still i feel like there should have been one
either way , great video once more
Thank you!
The video is great, you need to keep promoting your channel. Is not hard.
There’s one game left… you know what you gotta do.
Two
It’s funny that the first 2 characters are the same place and the last 2 are in the same place
And 5 in total, with Bob Charlie keeping his position in Major #3.
If they still made Punch out games to this day I would really like to see Nick and Rick Bruiser return along with Mike Tyson
It baffles me that they decided to make a new ip with arms instead of just making a nrw punch out game
Only 116 subscribers??? These videos are underrated
Good thing to celebrate 30 year game by this, i do same with games 2004, that year so rich on good games...

Bear Hugger And Mad Clown Is The Same
did anyone else hate dragon chan when they were younger?
I remember getting stuck on him when I first played.
I’m pretty sure that the percentage for Bald Bull is wrong, since 19*2 is greater than 34, so his record can’t be higher than 66%
