Also there is some rng in what dragon Chan does after the first Knock down he will either do a heal(which he did) or his kicks(both off ropes and just off ground)
Listen buddy, I'm an expert in magic, and THAT's magic. Fancy footwork looks nothing like teleportation. At best you could argue bilocation, which is still against the rules. Boxers are to remain singular spacetime entities while in the ring. Read the rules mac.

For the spit move masked muscle uses, he spits a blinding spray (which is the reason your screen goes funny when the spray hits), that means an extra 2 infractions for bringing in a foreign object, and for the use of said foreign object. another infraction is that gabby jay, heike kagero and hoy quarlow each ask you to go easy on them or let them win, literally asking mac to throw the match, which is illegal.
Aran Ryan grabs (clinches) little Mac, clinching is totally legal so he’s clean, though I wouldn’t say the same for the cheating bastard in wii punch out
While it isn't for the fight in question, Bruiser #1 saying that he let his brother beat him would imply he let his brother win so that could count as an infraction. There's probably some rule that says even if you didn't throw the fight you shouldn't say you did.
This reminds me of how you can’t normally beat Bear Hugger in the specific time he mentions in the ending credits when playing on the Switch. Something about the port makes him not go into the proper state or whatever.
