Thanks a million Dr. Mandell. On the first day I did this exercise I experienced immediate improvement in my urine flow. Took a break for a couple days after initial start and urine slowed up again. Resumed the exercises and I can say it definitely is responsible for decreasing my prostate size and allowing better flow, even though I'm currently on no meds. Appreciate you tons.

Which doctor do you see for this? A urologist? I am on my 4th urologist. None of them can fix erectile dysfunction, testicle pain, hip tightness, increased veiny penis etc. I was wondering why I have hip tightness but only my right hip and Testicle pain and urine leakage?
This should pull the bladder muscles back too. Right? I am suffering with the cervix and bladder muscles beginning to relax a bit. Running to the bathroom often. Yet no other problems are present. My mom did this too after hysterectomy years later and had 2 slings placed. I never want to do that and exercise I believe is the best. Will this particular exercise help those muscles to strengthen? I'm a little confused when you say to tighten your pelvis do you mean do a Kegel while you're doing that or just to keep the belly in tight? Can you give some exercises to help prolapse? Thanks
I have a hard times believing that there's not other way to work those muscles in such a way that you can feel it like i feel it when I work my legs or arms.
Interesting tidbit... currently in PT post surgical spine L3-S1, anterior and posterior with rods in each side of pelvis, cages, plates, screws, etc. When I was doing my bridges, my PT said to elongate the knees, not a matter of how high you go. Prior personal trainer & prior PT showed me this way you are demonstrating. My current PT said most get it wrong. I feel better, loosens my sacral up nicely, and not a lot of pressure as before. Thoughts?? She has extensive training (Masters Science PT). Interested in what you have to say about this as I respect and admire your teachings. Thanks, Dr. Mandell. 💖
