Gary Cherone is so underrated.
No he isn't...he's bloody awesome!
That’s fucking awesome! Congrats on these guys rocking that little house with that great Queen track! Love it! Thanks so much for posting!
Ta for bringing a Queen classic back to life , great job , get your arses to Glasgow for some live shows we miss you Extreme x
OMG!!! Loving this. These guys were always great Queen fans. Brilliant rendition.
Gary's energy is addictive!
That's some good shit right there!!
great cover. The album version didn't do it for me but when Queen did this live, it was awesome. Much like this one.
Wow, what a deep cut cover!! Loved this song the first time I heard it back in the early 80s! Get some mics on those horns!! Love it!
I love Gary's energy he's always bouncing, and of course Bettencourt's always wonderful. March 2018: Where is the new music? You promised it to us by Spring Bettencourt.
Tick tock tick tock.
Absolutely fu..ing brilliant, thanks for covering this diamond of a Queen song ❤❤❤
2019.. still amazing 😎👍 Nuno + Gary even they r not young anymore but when they together on stage it's very Extreme 😍
That was very good! He sounded way better here than on Hammer to Fall at the Tribute Concert. The live horns were spot on! Great job on a not all that easy piece of music.
Amazing performance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i wish they did a studio version - sounds awesome
Great perfomance¡¡¡
Great cover!
Funky powerrrrr....
I don’t think anyone even realizes how epic this cover is and the meaning It from them playing it. Deep shit!!
This song was always meant to be played live! You can’t capture the same vibe in the studio
Amazing energy 👍, a real horn section 🎺 , great musicians 🎸, staying power vocals 🎤 👍
simplesmente incrível, ficou excelente
The exhibition of Extreme is one of the better one of the tribute concert for Freddie.
That was some awesome-outstandification! Like you need a shower funky...
My God what a pleasure to listen to them I love them
This is awesome❤
great version love it
Pure funk
누노농구코트 너무 멋있다 진짜.....
this is almost rival queen performing this song live at the bowls in 82!
There a Hot Space!!!
Nuno é demais ❤️
Taking this song to the..Extreme
Awesome cover
more cowbell
The poor keyboard player was assigned the cowbell.
Супер!!! ЧИКАГО 21 века!!!
His voice kind of reminds me of Roger Taylor.
More warmer than Roger even tough crispy too
estuvo en el tributo a Freddie Mercury en el 92, cantó hammer to fall, y lo hizo con mucha energía en el escenario
Nuno meu lindo amor te amo um feliz ano novo com muita saúde e sucesso te am
Can anyone tell me the notes for trumpet because I want to learn them.
I'd rather see Gary & Nuno playing Queen's hits live instead of seeing Queen + Adam Lambert.
ngl, this is a hell lot better than queens version.
I can enjoy this version of "Staying Power" and of course Queen playing it live, but the Hot Space version it's just so, so slow. I just hate it!!! And Queen is my favorite band!
Cz very good cz and delicious
Im One guest
God the original Queen version is
so 80's. Way too overpriduced.
This version is how it should have been!!!
I maintain Gary Cherone should have replaced Freddie over Paul, Adam or Robbie Williams.
Dope but why can't the singer hit the notes. He's continouously just a tiny bit off, which takes out the edge from this edgy song
great! really good cover of Queen song
Queen never did this song as good as they here
@@ArminJohnert There's a difference between having 9 people play the song and max. 5 people.
@@ArminJohnert Queen did some great versions of this song live.
@@ArminJohnert you don’t know the Queen at all.
@@Lance37aprobably the most notable one being during their live performance at Milton Keynes 1982. A *powerful* performance by them there.
Perfect cover of an underestimate song by Queen !
i miss queen 82...
Me tooo
Queen forever😭😭😭this is a Hot space Nuno Gary Extreme😭😭
Excellent cover of an excellent song of an excellent album.
Este disco de queen, el hot space fue muy criticado, pero es genial
Espectacular👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
their queen fans!
Wow this was really good
great cover!
I quite like this. Brilliant take on the studio version!
I never realized this, but this song is probably a BIG influence on Extreme's sound for their Pornograffitti album; the use of a horn section & rhytmic, funky guitar. It's no secret that Queen was a huge influence, but this song in particular.
good take out
reminds me of Extreme's version of Cupid's Dead with the added horn section
Ballsy cover. Absolutely slayed it.
Отлично !
Gary Cherone should be the singer with Queen now instead of Adam Lambert. Closer to Freddie when singing their songs. Adam Lambert's face never shows the emotion of any of the songs. Gary has great stage presents and knows how to work each song.
I’m not sure how many people out there would appreciate A) the decision to cover this tune and/or B) the killer performance of it. But for those of us in the subset of Queen fans who ‘get’ Hot Space as the hidden delicacy among the band’s catalogue that it is, this performance sends out the Bat-Signal, letting us all know someone’s out there spreadin’ the word. Just a dynamite version (great live audio recording!) by criminally underappreciated and supremely talented musicians who did it right…then and now.
Time to pick up the bass, re-learn the tune and then jam out on it for like 45 minutes.
These guys from Extreme have gone on record saying Hot Space was very influential to them since it taught them that not every song needed to be guitar driven, that's what the "space" is supposed to be. Glad some pro musicians appreciate the album, it's a lot better than people give it credit.
YES!!!
Круто,бля!!!!!!
That song has a different energy when played live. Hot Space compositions could be great songs...if they had given another approach to them.
Excellent. Gary and Nuno are great musicians. I love them to death.
Obnoxious audience
Te amo amo amo amo amo amo amo amo amo amo amo amo amo ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nuno

Extreme were the biggest hardcore fans of Queens Hot Space album. I remember their interview in the early 90s where they spoke highly of this different queen album. I got into this album because of extreme... What a great cover.. These guys truly get and understand the whole vibe of what Queen were all about....
is that Mr. Bean on the black Les Paul ?
Wow, that was awesome!!!!!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a cover!! AMAZING!!
Fucking brass section!!! YEAAHHHHH
"Wild Guess"...but Gary chose this one ...
Fantastic.
Guys... this is Extreme.
Great ! Awesome Job!
Buen cover
