Faulty speaker, it's a well known issue with the legend. How old is it? What software version did it have when you bought it? I've heard they changed the speaker supplier for the ones produced more recently but am unsure of when that was exactly.
Bummer. Good thing it’s under warranty. The switch on my Bluetooth headphones broke, so I sent an email to Nokta Makro about the problem. They sent me a form back via email. Filled it out and within a week, I received a new pair. No question asked. 👍

@@Allhailthebeavertail that's a great coil. I highly recommend the LG 30 if you haven't tried it yet. It's phenomenal on deep silver and coins that are on edge. It really helps with separation separation in iron infested sites, too.
Kinda makes me worry, I just picked up a legend with 109 and upgraded to 111 last week and my first hunt with it will be tomorrow (salt beach)………I’m bringing the nox600 as backup
I got an older legend pro pack by mistake (my dealer was supposed to send me the new one with the lg30, but I got the one with the lg28) Mine came with V1.05 Im super paranoid the speaker will break, but so far so good, I only sometimes use headphones, but I mostly ran the speaker at max at 6, maybe i should run it at 5 I didnt notice I got the wrong machine at first, I noticed 3 months after I bought it, my dealer said he could get nokta to swap it, or he could throw in some freebies, I chose the freebies, I got a free carbon fiber middle shaft, a hand digger and a finds bag, and a free tumbler (like a coffee cup) We both walked away happy
You just have to contact the USA service center and they'll take care of it. This was a thing last summer.
I had a problem with my simplex and they took care of it. I will be sending it to them a some point in the near future

I’ve only had it since the beginning of the year, it’s still under warranty so I’ll send it in soon. Hopefully they fix it for good

I had an issue with my Simlex once and the had it taken care of within a week! Nokta is awesome!

Turning on the vibration mode would have kept you in the hunt...
Trust me, I did but I wasn’t crazy about the vibration without tones.

V1.09 when I bought it. It broke on the v1.10 beta
