    • @xena6894
      @xena6894 Рік тому

      I realized that if the drain is adjacent to or under the side of the road which is is supposed to have the "walkaway" for pedestrian it's covered. You see that mostly in Kigali. Usually only 1 side is prepared for pedestrian even though the other side can be used as well (which can create some road accidents esp those involving motobikes or bicycles) . I guess that was the concept in Kigali due to its landscape. Never been to Gisenyi though

      @@thedolamitechannel2756 Please, do not be offended my brother, I am an African too, and to be honest I thought the same thing before reading your comment. The problem is that most of our African cities are very dirty if severe rules are not implemented. It's a bad mentality, unfortunately. And unfortunately that gives a very bad image of the whole Continent. So people are genuinely surprised when they see a whole African Country being this clean. I myself talk about this with my fellow countrymen every time: poverty does NOT justify dirtiness! Every time I would ask them to be clean they will answer that they do not have the means to clean or dirtiness does not kill black people!! You see the mentality!! Very few people are really clean, most are dirty by nature, whether poor or rich, so I am very happy to see a whole country who has this mentality of being clean. If God wills, I will visit Rwanda and Namibia some day, very beautiful places😀. Greetings

    Is Heineken's %70 share of the brewing and soft drinks industry in the country due to Heineken being the parent company of the industry? Also, are these products manufactured for exporting or local consumption purposes or both? I notice that the buildings are modest but at the same time very loud due to the different bright colors that they use on them. Modest in the sense that most of the buildings are one story flats which, by and large, is common in Africa, as we usually don't like to build in an upward direction. Thanks for sharing brother.

    I don't believe women were required to work out of the home anywhere until the industrial revolution. Now, with the technical revolution, automation and AI there is going to be less requirements of human labor for production and more time and energy available for recreation. Recreation should be developed to avoid such energy being destructive. All energy needs to be contained.

    There is no intrinsic value. There are intrinsic qualities that the mind may value. There are intrinsic qualities that the physique requires and consequently the mind values. Value is an abstraction that is restricted to the mind.
