The stadium looked similar to an Mayan style stadium of central America.. And yes Rwanda looks to be a very clean and neat country.. Even the people seem to take some pride the way they are dressed.. I have seen a lot of video's of scenic tours of African cities but Rwanda comes across as the most well organized and tidy...

In this context, a "British Climate" is a climate similar to the one found in Britain. This particular city is is one of the few places outside Britain and Northern France with the Oceanic Cfb climate classification, known for mild temperatures, high humidity, and lots of rain. I didn't say "Britain's Climate" , which would mean the climate only found in Britain.
But even if I did say "Britain's Climate" the point would still be the same. You have to read between the lines instead of taking things too literally.

I had been watching Itchy Boots when she rode her motorcycle all through Africa, and she showed the rural areas and some of the resorts, but not this perspective. Keep up the great work!

Surprisingly, yes. This city has the same exact climate classification has Britain ( called Oceanic Cfb) because of the high humidity and rain.

Very clean city. Europe,s cities are not as clean as Rwanda's cities. I think Rwanda is one of the cleanest countries in the world.
