- So, so easy to make chips from your favorite cheeses using just cheese and parchment paper. Turn the oven on to 275 and bake them from 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the cheese and how crisp you want them.

This is great!! When I was a kid I always put peanut butter on a slice of cheese! Or cheese on my PB & J sandwich.
Now I can do it on a slice of crispy cheese.

You also could put seasoning on the cheese like oregano basil and then use some pepperoni on and a slight little piece of tomato sauce and make mini pizzas
And bacon crumbles...

Turn a muffin pan upside down and fold a lo card wrap { I like Mission } between the cups and it bake. It makes a nice taco shell. Off topic kinda sorta : }
I am so glad I found your channel! I am always searching for keto recipes, and most channels I come across are like gym, excercise, pumping weights to make muscles etc. not really preparing food! The hardest part for me on this way of eating was missing chips! I have made the pepperoni often and love them! I have got to try the cheese! Ive been watching your videos for several days now. I've been doing these for years and I love them. But I recently discovered that I love baking them on my pizza stone. The same for the pepperoni.

I made blue vein cheese chips in the microwave tonight, so crispy and delicious.
I started baking these and quickly learned the MICROWAVE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!! WAAAAY QUICKER AND EASIER!!!
One can also add spices to amp up the flavor. I love adding minced onion and fennel seeds, for example.
I have made the cheese chips before and they are wonderful. I have to be careful when eating cheese because it raises my blood sugar. But for now while I'm still healing and losing weight I will try the pepperoni chips. They look and sound (crunch) great! As always Kristie you are awesome and thank you.

I love these, we make them all the time! Sargento has a new Garlic & Herb cheese that makes awesome chips!

if you like them closer to a Cheez It just buy the Sargento "ultra thin" cheddar slices and do them 25 minutes at 250 farenheit. Also good with a sliced jalapeno` (dry off with paper towels first before putting on top of the cheese and baking ).
even my grand babies (age 2 and 4) will LOVE these especially the pepperoni!! Thanks Kristie I'm always trying to find healthy snacks they will eat at my house so I don't have to keep the bad stuff here (too tempting for me!! LOL)

RE: taco shell
I've made the taco shells using the hanging method. Update instead of hanging them on a whatever fold them in half on a
paper towel and place a rolled up piece of paper towel on the outer edge so the are not flat to create the taco shell. The cleanup is so much better when making more than one, just throw out the paper towels.

Love these chips thanks for all the info things you never think about when you buy packaged sliced cheese or the shredded cheese in a bag But I am getting much better at reading all the ingredients you just never think there's that much more in cheese then cheese but I now get my cheese for either the block or from the deli slices
My husband and friends refer to cheese chips as "Crack Chips." SO GOOD!!!

Loving this video too. I noticed that you thought you could go over your 4 oz. of cheese, if you got carried away, because they're so good. I didn't know there was a limit on fat. Is that a # that you came up with yourself, or off of Atkins, or Keto limits? Just wondering, because we love cheese too!
She’s indicated in other videos that dairy can stall her fat burning. I know some people that have a similar issue with mushrooms. It’s all different for different people.

ooh since I love crispy pizza I could do a slab o'monz and make a pizza slice with the crispy pepperonis...I'd go to the keto moon...LOL and a smear of my own cooked down tomatoes I guess...not sauce from a can. might take me an hour to chew all that LOL!

Just did this and I found if the pepperoni browns it taste like well done bacon,. The less I browned them the more it had pepperoni taste which I want. Thank you.

If you are not a microwave hater, you can lay the pepperoni on a double layer of paper towels towels and roll it up in a roll in the microwave for a minute...or if just a few, on a double layer of paper towels for 20 seconds..and you will not believe the oil that comes out of the pepperoni and how crisp they become. Do not microwave very long..and watch them, they burn quickly. Then we put them on our keto chips, salads, etc....not as much grease.

I don't mean this as any sort of attack, but I'm just wondering, what do you think about processed meats being listed as a Group 1 carcinogen? (According to the American Cancer Society)
i wish Krystie would answer this question...this has been a concern of mine and i think it's best to stick to non-processed meats. better safe than sorry. i definitely don't want to feed cancer causing foods to my kids. how terrible😣
shell farv it doesn't need to be a concern. just don't make these particular foods a part of your diet. simple.

Pepperoni chips at DOLLAR TREE - $1. And we can get the precut cheeses of different varieties at the grocery store. About 32 in a box

Those ideas all sound good. But I've mage them where they turned out pliable. I have bad teeth and can't do chewy.
