+David Fonseca ofcourse, trained since very young age with top training and unlimited amount of steroids.. 7 Thats what the NFL is all about.. Its just like bodybuilding and strongman in terms of performance enhanchers. Cant compare them to other athletes when theyr ALL on testosterone etc.
Been watching this video since it was posted. Such motivation & drive in anything is amazing. Having it be this type of training, football and J Beasy & crew, lock it up. Nuff respect. Jonathan Stewart is a warrior
This is so encouraging to see. You can see that he kept himself in shape very well and didn't slack off. This video shows that he is making vast improvements and I feel that he feels that the Panthers can do some great things in the upcoming season. All they needed was a QB and now they have it (CAM). Go Panthers!!
One of the best athletic physiques I have seen. He ripped and bulky, yet he is so agile, not like bodybouilders who can't do nothing appart from fucking curls.
Wow this has me so stoked! I fell like if the defense can step up any where close to the level of the offense we will compete as the best team in the NFC South and hopefully a playoff spot.
Beason, Davis, Keuchly, Anderson, Senn... The Panthers are going to have if not the best then definitely one of the best linebacker corps in the NFL this season. It is going to be a fun year.
it says in the description that this workout is after his achilles surgery. So he probably lost muscle in his legs since he couldnt really work them out due to the surgery
Panthers defense is going to be in full beast mode this year! I know that know one believes the panthers defense is going to be that much better than last year, but i have a feeling that we are going to come back a whole different monster and be a top ten defense in the league. Go Panthers!
I CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE BEASON ON THE FIELD THIS YEAR!!! HE LOOKS LIKE AN ANIMAL! Not to mention the leadership he will bring to our team. Panthers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!
I literally wept when I saw him go down in the opening game against the cards, never want to see someone running full speed and just collapse. Cant wait to get him back this year.
Thanks for the info, though all you needed to say was "It's a sound bit from the beginning of 'underground kings' by drake". Anyways, as a fan of the team that he was playing against when his injury happened, I'm very glad to see that he has recovered so quickly and is eager to get back to playing again.
I think its developing tempo; memory muscles, enabling the body to remember the rhythm of right elbow rise to a certain point maintaining 90degrees, left knee rise to waist height. probably something that's most useful in the first 30m of a 100m sprint. Next step in development is stride length and building power thru >weight. i was a road runner in college. 6000m 8000m. Fundamentally, the 90degree elbow, is essential to all running styles. I'm just going from what I can see. I'm 22yrs old.
Someone needs to make a highlight tape of his plays in Carolina. He's top 3 in the league and deserves his own video of making teams look silly. JB+TD+Cam+Smitty=SB?
Pierre Spies - 1.94m, 108kg. Once off bench of 220kg (but does 3x12 of 165kg), power cleans 135kg and dead lifts 240kg. He does the 100m in 10.5s and the repeated sprint-ability test shows that he can sprint for 835m without slowing. He's not a first choice player in the national team - rugby is not only about brute strenght and speed. Spies' stats put him up there with Richardson, but he plays a sport were play can go on for 10mins, not just 10s. So you can assume his stamina is way higher.
The Springboks aren't a rugby club - it's a national team. And their fitness coach said in an interview a few years back that he runs 10.4s. Chavanga's time is on grass in kit, not on a tartan track. The NFL times you speak of are mostly track times (which are by their nature quicker), and if they are field times they would be on fake turf / carpet not grass (also inherently faster).
Hell yeah Panthers!!!! With guys like J Stew, Beason, and Cam around I don't know how anyone on the team can't be PUMPED for this next season. I know one thing, Panthers are going far.
I am a Panthers fan through and through, and I am so glad we drafted Luke Keuchly, but hearing all the talk about how he is going to be competing with John Beason for middle linebacker is hilarious. How is Luke gonna compete with this?
Graham is the strongest tight end in the NFL? Does anyone else smell troll? On a different and more rational note note, if we have Beason, Davis, and Keuchly starting at linebacker, is there any tight end who has a chance against Carolina? I didn't think so either.
i cant believe people thought he wasnt a powerful linebacker, although he doesn't have as many highlight hits as patrick willis he is just as technical and just as instinctive. He's as good as they come.
Would LOVE to see this guy try his hand at rugby. He has a good turn of speed and is nippy as hell!! I think he'd make a fantastic centre or wing maybe... if he has the stamina to go the whole 80.
na i don't think we're making it to the superbowl this season but who knows what might happen in the next couple of years. We need a better secondary and our young wide outs need to mature fast and have an up-swing toward the end of smith's career
Facts - in 2010 the Wall Street Journal did a study of actual game time in the NFL playoffs (snap to dead ball) and they came up with an average of 11m/game (i.e. over 180m period). Rugby SA did the same for the Currie Cup in 2011 - they came up with a figure of 64m/game (i.e. over a 120m period). Maybe Jon Beason does have the stamina - if so I'd love to see him on the rugby field. However, why let my admiration of a fantastic athlete get in the way of your snotty comments, you know? ;p
so i have to use steroids if i want to be like him? like his body i mean.. his jacked up .. or is he not????? Vernon Gholston must have some testoserone or something. i need to gain weigth any advise?? please!!!!
Beason is a BEAST!!!! Top 100 screwed him over in 2011 with 95. should be top 20 at the least! But does anyone know what kind of cleats he is wearing? They're pretty sick. I know they are nike just what is the name of them?
He's big, fast, can change direction quickly, and is explosive, this man is an athlete
No shit Sherlock!
+David Fonseca ofcourse, trained since very young age with top training and unlimited amount of steroids..

Thats what the NFL is all about..

Love the intensity and 100 percent effort in this workout. Wish my team did this workout...
This is so encouraging to see. You can see that he kept himself in shape very well and didn't slack off. Still watching this 10yrs later
my god this man is incredible, hope he stays healthy and has a great season!
coming for a colts fan
Looking fwd to having you back leading the defense this year. Got something special going on here in Carolina.
One of the best athletic physiques I have seen.
He ripped and bulky, yet he is so agile, not like bodybouilders who can't do nothing appart from fucking curls.
When I was younger I thought bodybuilders were the biggest baddest toughest dudes but as I got older I realized the truth athletes are
+Pablo Cid what I've been saying for years....
+KingAfrikQaB Bodybuilders train to build their body, they don't train for strength or speed or athleticism. Lol
Ryder Washington
that was my point. They train for useless shit, meanwhile Jon Beason has a similar psysique and is athletic as fuck.
Pablo Cid nope, this is nowhere near what the avg bodybuilder looks like. They look bigger and more cut.
Thats what winners do. I hope the best for him hes a hard worker! Inspired to work harder now thanks.
Absolute monster. So glad he's returning.
Jon Beason...for some reason i got that feeling he gonna be back better, more motivated and scarier than ever before
A straight monster. Good to see Stew out there as well. Wish you the best this season.
True definition of an athlete
This is SO MOTIVATING! Makes me sad I finished my last year of high school football this year
Now you're 26!
He is the MLB that is missing in the NYG. With him we'd have one of the best defenses in the nfl.
it says in the description that this workout is after his achilles surgery. So he probably lost muscle in his legs since he couldnt really work them out due to the surgery
This guy's physique is amazing.
I got lot's of respect for this post. It's true Hard work=Respect.

Who is this beast and how can we get him on the Steelers?
How many yards were those sprints they were running? I started doing that after watching this video. Mannn, those really help get you into shape.
His Watch is soo cool where can i buy it and how much does it cost
Sir, you are a stud. Thanks for the motivation!
Beast mode...my boy is back
Thanks for the info, though all you needed to say was "It's a sound bit from the beginning of 'underground kings' by drake". his change of direction at his size is redonk

Has been and will always be the heart and soul of the Carolina Panthers.
Keep Poundin'
The king is back
Beason is back and looks better than ever so that means look out NFL it's going to be a great year GO PANTHERS

Jon Beason is the most underrated linerbacker in the league right now
Someone needs to make a highlight tape of his plays in Carolina. He's top 3 in the league and deserves his own video of making teams look silly. JB+TD+Cam+Smitty=SB?
Wow just like me and all the fans out there u gotta be exited to see this and so is Ron Rivera

damn i can only buy one new jersey. should i get beason or cam? im leaning towards beason
"extra gear" as in test right?

A) What does the drill where they hold the sled and then run develop?
Hell yeah Panthers!!!! With guys like J Stew, Beason, and Cam around I don't know how anyone on the team can't be PUMPED for this next season. I know one thing, Panthers are going far.

I am a Panthers fan through and through, and I am so glad we drafted Luke Keuchly, but hearing all the talk about how he is going to be competing with John Beason for middle linebacker is hilarious. How is Luke gonna compete with this?
What's the thing he has tied around his stomach he's pulling the sled with called??
love this

yes ma'am i was planning on playing with no Qb Derp!
i want to see him with kuechly!!!....great duo!
Dude's a beast
Watch his game film. He has some of the best footwork in the game. I got a good feeling about my Cats this year...
Hard Training, i.e Hard work leads to injuries. He's doing something he loves, so he's never injured his spirit.
We know who Jonah Lomu is. He is fantastic and very athletic, but there are quite a few of Lomu's in the NFL. They usually play defensive end.
All his furniture is being sold I saw it and it was like $60,000 in total. Cool stuff
song playing in background?
Drake - Under Ground Kings
What about London Fletcher????
Can someone tell me the song best instrumental i heard yet
@ nittobeast the song is called underground kings by drake
holy crap. Jon Beaston is in the house. Watch out NFL, Panthers are coming this season! GO PANTHERS!
This guy has been a beast since high school.Him & Kuechly will do Damage for the Panthers.
I want to get that type of big, anybody know what kinds of foods you gotta eat?

im talking about the new nike jerseys. how did you get those?
Would LOVE to see this guy try his hand at rugby. He has a good turn of speed and is nippy as hell!! I think he'd make a fantastic centre or wing maybe... if he has the stamina to go the whole 80.
looks like Beason is going to come back stronger then EVER...WOW!
Damn I need to get off my ass and workout more lol

in USA are really the hormones in food?
After two months trip my best friend was really hefty
i think he is one of the best linebackers in the nfl
with jonathan stewart and deangelo healthy this year the panthers are gonna be unstoppable
and with cam newton and jon beason we gonna be boss!
they use there brains too, the amount of plays and play combinations at nfl level is insane.
Facts - in 2010 the Wall Street Journal did a study of actual game time in the NFL playoffs (snap to dead ball) and they came up with an average of 11m/game (i.e. over 180m period). I can't even imagine going over the middle of the field trying to catch a ball with this guy trying to lay me out.
He went on to play for the Giants the following year and that was a wrap.
Jon Beason is a BEAST
I posted the link on my channel to the site that is giving away the old reebok jerseys.
"I got u fooled cuz I'm a con artist. Speak on it, panthers "
@ruushmore Definitely go Beason! Everyone and their brother has a Cam jersey.
Jon Beason is definately a Beast!
"That guy" totally agrees - nfl players are SOME of the top athletes in the world.
so i have to use steroids if i want to be like him? like his body i mean.. his jacked up .. or is he not????? Vernon Gholston must have some testoserone or something. i need to gain weigth any advise?? please!!!!
ARE WE REALLY MOVING HIM TO OUTSIDE LB?
MY sons B-Day is April 6
Dude what a beast. His feet are so fast holy shit. Wish I was pushin that kinda speed.
Beason is a BEAST!!!! Top 100 screwed him over in 2011 with 95. should be top 20 at the least!
But does anyone know what kind of cleats he is wearing? They're pretty sick. I know they are nike just what is the name of them?
can someone tell me the song?
