"See me Amblin..." probably refers _directly_ to Steven Spielberg's production company, Amblin Entertainment, which itself is named after the first real film Spielberg ever created and completed. _Amblin'_ is a short love story about a couple of hitchhikers; "amble" is a verb meaning "to stroll or take a slow, leisurely walk". "Saunter" is a synonym.
So there's the play on words, and then at face value it's "Pick up a trade newspaper sometime; read about me attending _yet another_ smash-hit premier like it ain't no thang".
Same thing goes to George Lucas' Skywalker Sound, Rancho Obi-Wan and the THX sound system, named after Star Wars characters Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker and his theatrical debut movie THX 1138.

Not sure if someone mentioned it, but the Got Milk line was a reference to the fact Bay directed the first Got Milk commercial campaign in....the early 90s, I think. Lots of subtle references to, it really was fucking packed to the gills. Stubbing a toe for Quentin's foot fetish, for example, or the fact literally ALL of Bay's early movies were produced by Bruckheimer.
Oh! And every director was shot in something resembling their style. When a director was rapping, all the camera work looked like something out of their movies, as well as the music backing them.
I'm glad there's consistency for Skeem, we can still throw money for nonsense and this is why I love this community

I hate that no one points out that in the Jurassic park film, Samuel Jackson plays Ray Arnold. His name was changed from the book, where he was John Arnold. In a deleted scene in The Lost World they use the book name. I don’t think it was necessarily intentional, but it might have been.
I’m just gonna give you some free advice. The type of energy you brought in your comment is what keeps people from liking someone. Let me break this down like it was the rap battle.
Contextually, there would be no reason to bring up this random fact. Saying “I hate that no one points out” is absolute lunacy. It’s disingenuous. You have an obscure fact you want to talk about. And rather than approach it genuinely, you preface like it’s something that people would know or want to talk about. You do this because, rather than interact with others in an inviting and endearing manner, you choose to take the Reddit Moderator energy stance of “of course everyone knows this obscure thing, oh, you don’t? Pity, I suppose it is just other geniuses like myself.”
The sad thing is, this is a somewhat interesting tidbit, albeit mostly irrelevant to this video. As the only line in the rap battle about Mr. Arnold is no one remembers his name, so it takes a decent stretch to attribute that directly to a deleted scene from the sequel.
You say you “don’t think it was intentional” but it “might have been”- no way you believe that truly. Please, please just approach these things from a spot that doesn’t make you come off as so insufferable. Just say “fun fact, did you know ____” and carry on with your day. Inviting those who might enjoy this odd bit of trivia to enjoy it. Instead, you ostracize yourself by opening with the absolutely ludicrous claim that you’d expect anyone in their right mind to mention an extremely obscure bit of random Jurassic Park trivia you’ve found a way to relate to a line that has nothing to do with it.
Please, be better and more tactful in your travels as a human. You’ll make far more friends and have a happier life.

The "Got Milk money" line was a reference to the famous Got Milk commercial that Bay directed, where a guy eating a peanut butter sandwich tries to answer a radio contest but his mouth is too sticky and he's out if milk
A lot of people seem to miss why Kubrick started his verse standing on the moon. It's a reference to the joke that the moon landing was faked, but Stanley Kubrick directed it and he demanded they film on location.
The Thing with A.I was Spielberg wanted to change the ending but he left the ending as Kubrick wanted as a final memory as he died while the film was still in production.
A lot of Spielberg's films were produced by Amblin Entertainment.

blood wouldn't show up in black and white so to make the "blood" appear in the shower scene, Hitchcock indeed used chocolate syrup but had it watered down because as is, it would be too thick / slow moving. (Learned that back from "The Alfred Hitchcock Experience" in Universal Studios years back before they took it down :( )
