It was an old firewood log that was very punky on the outside. I had to cut deep to reach the good wood. The outside cuts were not in good enough condition to be used for anything else. Thanks for Watching.

Actually, the Bald Cyprus likes upland soil and a deep solum. They are however fire intolerant and tend to only survive in the water.
