Thanks for this video it's so hard to find good videos on bipolar on UA-cam. I have type 2 bipolar and ADHD and it's been a struggle for me to get off weed and alcohol to cope when I'm feeling depressed. And I don't want wanna take medication so I've been trying to exercise and do MMA but it's been hard to stay consistent. So do have any tips for training through feeling depressed, having low energy and staying consistent?
hey what up bro. I would recommend carving as much time as you possibly can to find out what is going on internally. Meditate. I love the hotsprings, cold plunging, MMA, EMDR therapy (is helping a ton), ayahausca/MDMA therapy is beautiful- it will show you a lot about yourself... Just be careful and be smart in preparation. Medication was a last result for me. LSD actually got me off meds, LSD is a very good medicine for me actually. Currently microdosing with mushrooms and LSD. I can't do weed or drink-it sets my mind in crazy states. I'll try to carve out some time and make an update video about what I am talking to you about. Much love brother.
Thanks for the advice bro I will be sure to try those things. And yeah I've just started to meditate a couple of weeks ago and it has helped me clear my head so far I'll be sure to make it a priority. Im glad I found this channel it's good to know someone with bipolar can push through the challenges that most people don't understand and achieve their goals thanks for the inspiration.
@@vaughan3337 I understand man. Feel like an alien in your own body sometimes. Stay strong 🥷🏽 I think a huge thing with people like us is that we are overly sensitive to our environment. Different forms of meditation will help you listen clearly enough to make adjustments. Just like your mma game🤙longer we train the more refining takes place. Thanks for reaching out bro 🙏
