A detail that should obviously be there, but is nice to see anyway, is that Russia plays 'God Save The Tsar' and the Star Spangled Banner isn't being played as it hadn't been adopted as anthem until 1931

The German anthem of 1900 was "Heil dir im Siegerkranz", the melody was similar to "God save the queen". The German anthem here has been that of Austria "Gott behüte, Gott beschütze unsern Kaiser unser Land".
Interesting that Deutschlandlied was played for the Imperial Germans instead of Heil dir im Siegerkranz. I know if was probably done to differentiate them from the UK, but they could have also used Preußenlied, as they were often played together.
The only problem is the German anthem was to the tune of God Save the King, and the music of the current German anthem was attributed to the Austria-Hungarian empire.
@Samwell_2024 for that matter, they should have used the Austrians for that scene, rather than the German legation. At least then, it would be historical and accurate.

They used the Austro-Hungarian anthem as the anthem of the German Empire. The German anthem at this time was the same melody as the British anthem. They must have decided this would be a step too far for the understanding of the audience so changed things around and dropped Austria Hungary altogether.
