    Pani Valevskaya cake: recipe:
    Dough :
    250 g of flour
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
    50 g of sugar
    100 grams of butter (from the refrigerator)
    3 yolks
    Cream:
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 tablespoon of corn starch
    250 ml of milk
    50 g of sugar
    1 yolk
    1 bag - vanilla sugar;
    100 g of softened butter
    Meringue:
    4 proteins
    125 grams of powdered sugar
    0.5 tablespoon starch
    Layer:
    225 gr of thick jam or black currant jam, or frozen berries
    60 g petal petals
    Pani Valevskaya cake: preparation:
    4 eggs are divided into yolks and proteins. Put 1 yolk for cream. Squirrels with corolla from a mixer put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. For dough in flour, lay out frozen oil (margarine) chopped with cubes. With your hands, grind the dough into the crumb. Add 3 yolks, sugar and baking powder. Knead the dough and roll it into the size of the baking sheet. I have a baking sheet of 30*20 cm. Put the dough on a parchment paper lined! The baking sheet and with your hands to smooth the dough along the bottom of the baking sheet. Put in a heated to 180 from the oven for 10 minutes.
    While the cake is baking, I have time to make a meringue. I beat the cooled squirrels with a mixer to solid peaks. Continuing to beat, gradually pour sugar powder. Then I pour the starch and carefully mix from the bottom up so that the proteins do not settle.
    I take out the cake from the oven and lay out frozen berries on it. On top of an even layer - meringue. I sprinkle the almonds on top and put the baking sheet in the oven for another 15 minutes at 160 C. Cool the cake.
    Cut the cake into 2 halves. Put the entire cream for one half of the cake and cover it with the second half.
    Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours for impregnation. Before serving, cut the cake into portioned pieces the size of cakes. Pani Valevskaya cake is ready.
