- First time using the Panasonic S1H + Ronin-S in real-world use. Paired with some low contrast vintage lenses (Helios 44-2 and anamorphic mod). Only ambient light. Everything was shot in DCI 4K ALL-I 422 internally.
Graded in Resolve - Grade inspiration from Netflix's The Witcher. Thanks to my dear friend Martin for the creative input/story and acting.
Some bad vignetting from the anarmophic mod. More visible in the tracking shots. - Фільми й анімація
I can no longer watch camera footage unless there is a story. Thank you for this, was hooked throughout the thing.
Lovely detail and grade, really what I was looking to see from this camera.
Amazing Cinematic Feel
Wow, this looks very cinematic in all aspect (not only film-like quality) but in all sense. Great job.
Love this short film! Amazing!
Amazing! Både story och det visuella! 👏👏👏
wowsers..great composition!
amazing color and cinematography.
That was really good, thanks for sharing!
This is so cool!

Riktigt fint!
Oh my God, that short movie is SO DAMN GOOD
Fantastic!👍
That Helios is a BEAST of a lens. Sooooo underrated. I LOVE mine.
This looks AMAZING and completely inspires me.

Great acting as well
The wide tokina shots look quite sharp and video-ish. The more organic looking shots i assume are from the vintage lenses. This is by far the most appealing s1h footage iv seen here in youtube.
am guessing its this over-sharpen look these tokina have for sure..these were build for real estate and landscape so I am guessing why it has this look by default. Also youtube compression not helping when you have foliage :( as always
Artwork!
Wow this is rawwwwww🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
HViii3 thanks man!
Weird, but awesome!
Dam that was sick! I wanna know how you captured audio more than the video magic haha
Japp, ser bra ut!
I'm saving up for this camera
How did you accomplish the effect of actor falling in sync with camera falling?
top cinema movie thanks
The Ritual
OMG I didn't even have to buy you dinner and a movie! 🍑
Amazing! How did you focused the short?
RobertAdventures manual focus
Amazing work man. What mic did you use or was it foley when he was walking through the woods to get those very detailed footsteps
Thanks!! Rode videomic go. For the dialogue. The rest were foleyed. Freesound.org
@@andersmyrdahl5695 thanks..was the mic on the hotshoe? I always get a lot of noise or extra background from my video mic pro+..im thinking I have to get it closer to the subject instead on the hosthoe
Black_HowL 7evin Yes, it was.
I think it depends on the environment. For instance the dialogue in this shortfilm was recorded with the mic being 2-3meters away from the subject. Not ideal. But I knew that he was going to be loud. Also the forest was very silencing. So there werent alot of ambience. Honestly I still used noise reduction to get as clean audio as possible.
The videomic pro+ is great but it picks up alot even though it’s directional. So it really depends on location. If there is alot of noise such as traffic, people nearby etc. Use a lavalier or as you mentioned as close as possible with the videomic pro. :)
Anders Myrdahl thanks Again. I may be upgrading next week.
What drone?
Nice job! How did you attach the Helios with the s1h?
Arter Debu M42 adapter to EF, Sigma MC-21 EF to L-mount
@@andersmyrdahl5695 TY!
Grymt. Bra jobbat.
Säkert ofta pga. dålig grading, men man blir lite skeptisk.
Ingen fara!
Hmmm... now... this of the BMPCC4k... Hmmmm.....
In what settings did you upload the video to UA-cam?
Prores 4K 422
@@andersmyrdahl5695 Thanks. On UA-cam, it looks very good. It is a rarity.
What lens you used? Other than Helios 44-2.
Tokina 11-16mm
love it ! its a moded helios lense ?
Yeah, bokeh insert for oval bokeh.
Which lens?
Bad Bear TV tokina 11-16 for the super wide intro shot. Helios 44-2 58mm for closeups and a vintage 28mm for medium shots.
@@andersmyrdahl5695 hello? what "vintage 28mm" did you mean? thanks!
Why no one is talk about how bad the rolling shutter is in this camera it's to bad you barely can see the object
Hi. I really love this! Beautiful colors!
May I ask if I can use the raw footage to study Davinci..?
If you don't mind and I'll put your name on the credit of course if I put it on my youtube/Instagram ^^
Much appreciate it! Thank you. 🙂
