How to Body Repair (Bumper)

How to repair a bumper that has been in an accident. I work on my the bumper off a 2008 Chevy 5500 Rollback that was in an accident. The bumper was dented, twisted and ripped and we see if we can repair it to the point of it getting put back on the truck using basic tools.
