My favourite device is my Ayn Odin 2 Pro, but my gateway device was the OG RG35XX and the Miyoo Mini Plus I got for my son. Always keen to try a new one and set it all up for friends and family.
I find myself playing Mario Kart 64 the most on my RG35XXH, it's the perfect size to carry around for a 10-minute burst of gameplay in my busy day to day life.
Its a fantastic value for the systems it can emulate; the screen is nice, the controls are nice and comfortable and it can pretty much emulate all the retro games I really play but Soulcalibur for Dreamcast
Awesome video, black looks nice too! i have the yellow one, definitly one of my favorites for now! it feels great and the buttons feel awesome to! nice screen, got some bleeding, but great for 38 euro, and arkos works great on it! And the battery issue is gone, not like my 20sx and v10 haha.
All my handhelds mainly end up being a Super Mario World device lol. My current favorite is the RG35xxSP. Just got a second one in the transparent green 🔥 but my GOAT is my AYN Odin 2. RP5 and RG406H just shipped so looking forward to those. Something more compact that’ll play PS2/GC has me excited
Mine didn't come with any of the Nintendo games out of the box. Trying to find a tutorial to add all that as it was the seller for me. Any insights would be appreciated. Stayed until the end and now I'm hoping to win the RGB10x to gift to my daughter that wants mine!
Get a new SD card and flash arkos on it. Rg351mp chipset is what you're looking for. After that's all said and done you can boot up the device and it will install the os. After that put the SD card into a PC and put roms in folders. Bios go in bios folder and etc.
R36s if you just want the super classics and rg406v if you wanna play as high as GameCube and ps2. Or if you realllyyyy wanna. Just get a rgh 360 it can emulate all of that up to 360.

Thank you very much for your detailed introduction and comparison with other consoles.😃
Thanks for providing all this information as someone who also does content to help others it's appreciated.
No problem, it's the video I would want if I was shopping. Keep up the grind!
The shell and screen are nice for the price. The one joystick 🕹 is not my style though. Either 2 or none. Thanks for the good reviews 👍
That's what I used to say before I tried the extremely pocketable Miyoo A30 on Spruce OS.
_The joystick is useful when you want or need it._
It's basically a horizontal r36s
Yeah, if it's price drops to 28-35 like the r36s, it'll become my Christmas gift of choice.
@jrdoughty13 no reason why it would drop to that.

Couldn't agree more, the only thing i noticed after a while around a month is that the bottom chin bezel could be smaller. but minor gripe.
Thanks for the video. I'm currently playing star wars jedi power battles on my anbernic rg350. I love that game

Looks fine to me. Those two openings made for downfiring speakers are in this case being used as vents, or rather as dust entering holes.

I think this handheld takes the R36S crown
Would you say anbernic are the best brand quality to cost ratio? If not what would be the best
Anbernic is good, they make a ton of options and I would say them and miyoo are the top two.
@DaveyG ok thanks. I've just order the rg40xx

Cool stuff
are the speaker holes clicky and not squishy?
exactly
You just beat the system dave
My steam deck is so good. Its hard to consider these. I only game at home so travel isnt important.

This one vs the r36s?
choose the form factor you like better vertical or horizontal.
I'm looking for a good ds device that isn't a modded ds. Castlevania on the ds was top notch for me growing up.
Let’s go boiiiiii’s
Yeah i totally need this useless thing right now
Cut the crap and give me a hand held for free homie
