I baked the 1st tray right away. The 2nd tray was sit in room temperature for about 20 minutes, so I decided to turn up the temperature slightly to 310F and bake a bit shorter instead so that I can make sure to get nice macaron feet. You can adjust the time and temperature accordingly depending on the oven and how you bake them!
Your technique for how to separate the batter to make different shells with 1 batch was exactly what I needed. I’ve always shied away from multiple flavors because I didn’t want to go through the process more than once. Thank you!

I don’t really like macarons because they’re too sweet for me, but I had leftover cream cheese German buttercream and some egg whites, so I made the pumpkin pie cheesecake ones and they are delicious! Sweet, but delicious.
I have been wanting to try making macarons for some time now . But it is soooo dreadful 😌for me I always end up making something else with the ingredients. This video kind of gave some courage . Thank you
I totally understand! It is very intimidating at the beginning ( I felt the same way) but once you get used to the moves, you'll start feeling it's much easier. Give it a try when you get a chance!😉 The key is the Italian meringue, the oven (getting to know it and adjust the time and temperature IF you need to) and set up/prepare everything you possibly can before you start heating the pot, especially at beginnings!

Hi do I need to keep the macaron in the refrigerator at all time or else the butter might melt ? What if I need to put them in a gift box . How long can it stand outdoor ? As the country I’m staying is near the equator
I recommend to store it in a fridge until right before you serve. If you want to enjoy softer texture, you can leave it at room temperature some time. The buttercream starts melting if the room is really hot but in a room with AC, it does pretty good. I won't recommend to leave it at room temperature for a long time though, just like regular pies for the food safety reason. Hope that helps!
How to pack macaron without melting..? I wish i could make all these.. But it's so hot here. Even swiss meringue buttercream is become so soft when out of fridge..
