I agree the pace of this video is PERFECT especially when you have not baked the recipe before! Allows time to remember how to take in the steps of preparation! I have been wanting to make a version of these tarts with puff pastry, but was concerned about the technique and baking temperature/time. I am 75, and not a seasoned baker, but these all look quite doable for me. Thank you! 🌸

The thing I like about all the puff/flaky pastry ideas is that they can be seasonal as well as either sweet or savoury. Where you have the corner cuts as with the peaches, I fold the square or rectangle so you only have to make one cut (through both layers) ❤
this was soooo satisfying. i will try some of these pasteries for sure. i have made cinnemonrolls and chokolaterolls several times. so yummi. i usually tuck the ends under so they dont come undone in the oven. watching baking videos is my favorite hobby. better than netflix any time.

Anyone who doesn't like the "speed" of this video just go to your settings, find playback speed and adjust. I use 1.5 faster and is just right. I have sound that canned peaches don't seem to soften on baking. Now speed is 1.75 Yay
