Great video! I'm not a mechanic, but this certainly was the detail I needed in order to get the job done. The only thing I would add/change would be the use of a rubber band over/around the three fastening/mounting bolts (when you are reinstalling the regulator) in order to hold them in place (so they don't slip back out) while you start the initial first few turns to get them attached to the block. Thank you for this!
Looks like an excellent alternative..... I will be sourcing this and trying it out, I have purchased from X8R in the past and the quality of the components received was of a high standard!
A really excellent tutorial, but for the fact I could not hear half of what was being said, it is all muffled and indistinct, also there were pipes shown disconnected and we are not told where they should be reconnected to, no doubt when this operation is performed it will be obvious, and what is the "spare" pipe on the fuel cooler connected to ?
Hi I have a question and need assistance to connect a fuel control unit from a 10p to a 15p Engine. The 15p Engine has a separate fuel pipe running out side on the inlet manifold.
you fellas ytterly neglected to show removal and refittment of the forward fuel line on the fuel cooler - this has a different fitting and a different way to remove - not too helpfull as there is little info on remving this fuel fitting! - otherwise a good and helpfull vedio

lovely voice and nice to hear an english accent of areal person instead of a net bot Ai voice
Interesting.... I didn’t know that the fuel pressure regulator could be rebuilt 👍🏻

We didn't have the whole vehicle so could not have shown this in the video but we will bear this in mind for any future videos :) - Georgina, X8R Ltd
