ZAMN:TEP - Credit Testing.

I hate this hack but it's too close to done to scrap unlike TNA or Elite 2. which Elite 2 has maybe 5 levels left but no one will play it so why bother. plus, it took 3 months or more for ONE level. hell no. TEP's Hard Mode is already a pain in my 🤬 as i am on 18BB and have 35 or so levels left. Deluxe Normal, Deluxe Easy, a Mode I can't say, a picture, Eternal Mode, hints for unlockables, and I THINK that's it. this DOES NOT include that if there's an error in even ONE version which since almost every unlockable is a copied version of the hack with small edits, means EVERY version has to be checked to be IDENTICAL IF I CAN MAKE IT SO THEY ARE AND I HAVE TO FIX THE ERROR IN EVERY VERSION. also, I had to and have to move ALL unlockables text around as I added a few more things. this would be okay but I have them ALL in a VERY SPECIFIC ORDER. this means I have to move all the text and reorder the number of what it says to unlock a folder with. I'm going to cry and cannot wait for this 🤬 hack to be done. IF I ever make another ZAMN Hack which I doubt I ever will or finish or update any other hacks again, I am NOT adding any fancy changes. I want to add the Ghoul Patrol numbers to the HUD which in doing so will make me have to edit the password screen text, the HUD text graphics in EVERY version. I also have to use mesen to rip and add them and edit the files into the game and port them Into one project and get it working right and then move them to ALL other versions.
this hack has destroyed my last tiny bit of sanity along with other things. my sanity is gone. everything is gone. i can easily add the rest of the changes IF I CAN EVER FINISH HARD MODE. I literally copy and paste Normal and Easy and add a few extra things and tweak them to fit their difficulty settings and Eternal Mode is Hard but it never ends and the picture is for Unlocking everything 100% which will be painful to make to a certain degree but easy. also, I have to update the title screen in ALL versions of the game due to I have it saying 1993-2023 and not 1993-2024 now let's hope I don't have to edit that AGAIN. also, some ideas have slipped my mind from what I wanted to do so I want to cry but I remember a good chunk of them. I'm trying to work on this stupid thing as best as I can and more and it's killing me. what was ONLY meant to be Normal and Hard WOULD be DONE but isn't because I got the Unlockables idea and OTHER HACKS KEEP GETTING IN THE WAY. no offense to anyone reading if I am working with you. I'm not mad at you. only myself and for the fact this 🤬 hack is taking so 🤬 long and the complexity is too 🤬 much. i don't care if you have custom music through code or the MSU-1, custom sprites, tiles, features or what. outside of programming them, there's NO other hack that will EVER come even CLOSE to being as complex as The Eternal Purgatory. not even DD2 as even if I had finished DD2 to full completion, this one outdoes it hands down I believe. and what makes this hack even more of a pain is I'm doing EVERYTHING but very few things ALONE. after the delays with DD2 and TNA and more, I do not want to work with or rely on anyone as much as I possibly can.
