In this TAS of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the author aims to beat the game as quickly as possible while completing all dungeons, temples, and Ganon Trials. This goal is commonly referred to as "all temples", "all dungeons", or "MST (Medallions/Stones/Trials)".
This run has 22:15.68 minutes of improvements in gameplay over the previous TAS of its kind.
This movie contains a newer route and newer strategies which allow for a much faster completion than were possible when the last run was made. Several large glitches in the game are not used in the run, such as the Reverse Bottle Adventure or the Get Item Manipulation glitch. These are avoided because it would make the completion of any dungeon completely arbitrary; they can be seen in an old any% run.
This TAS is played on the Japanese version of the game. The reason for this is that the text is significantly faster than in the English version, which means that far less time (roughly 12 minutes) is spent waiting for text boxes and cut scenes to end before getting back to the action.
The author's notes explain in great detail many of the things done in this TAS which may be confusing to those who aren't familiar with Ocarina of Time speedrunning. Reading them is strongly advised.

I know you can do frame perfect inputs, but how do you come up with this stuff in the first place? It's not like you're brute forcing every input and see what happens.
I guess some testing with the texture and collision, as well as unitended mistakes ?
Some technics are actually discovered by regular players or normal speedrunners by mistakes. Once it is reproduced in tas and can make the game beat faster, they are incorporated. But i am sure a lot of testing goes into it too!

You have to remember that this is a 10 hour long game, this TAS beats it in under 2 hours

Isn't OoT in 24 FPS? I'm not sure I understand the conversion here.
Console framerate. So you're always inputting an input every other frame.
OoT is more specific that that, since as you mentioned 24fps, but this is the simplified way of explaining it.
keffypoo Game action is at 20 FPS, pause menu is at 30 FPS, file select is at 60. However, inputs are 60 FPS, so you have 3 frames of input for every one frame of action

when i read rules of mst run: "-Reverse Bottle Adventure (RBA) and Bottle Adventure (BA) are banned. "

Yuna Yukiko RBA and Get Item Manipulation are glitches that write items to your inventory without actually collecting them through normal means. In this case, RBA could be used to obtain songs, the spiritual stones, and most of the medallions without actually completing dungeons and GIM can obtain Light Arrows without obtaining the Shadow and Spirit medallions and watching the Light Arrow Cutscene. BA is banned for a similar reason as you could use it to get different items on B, but also mainly because you can't do BA without first doing RBA (yeah, I know)
Using bottle for Ocarina Items doesn't manipulate your inventory and only functions to play songs and activate multiple cutscenes at once

Was this run made before people knew how to use A.C.E. to get a bottle in the Deku Tree or is this in a non-A.C.E. category?
this was well before ace
you don't use ACE for getting a bottle in deku tree, you use GIM (delaying getting an item and changing it's value). Doesn't matter for this run anyway though, because the category here is MST and all sorts of item manipulation is not allowed in this category (RBA & GIM in this case)
I think we need to have a trigger warning up for this run, because it uses THAT music for the fire temple...

Can someone explain to me why when he dies after every boss his spawn point is exactly where he needs to be? makes me think that this wasn't 1 straight run through
DonnieB822 Everything in the video is legitimate and can be done on a real unmodified N64 console and OOT cartridge.
The wrong warp is caused by manipulating a value in the game's memory that represents what the next cutscene/room to be loaded is. Dying just before a cutscene loads will change this value to something unintended, causing Link to respawn in a different room. It's a similar kind of memory manipulation that causes the Minus world glitch in SMB1.
Well known glitch; die while warping and you warp to different places.
