Hi Jessica! I love your videos, thanks for all you do! I wanted to ask, could you make a video about walking? I loved the video concerning the posture and standing, but I am still struggling to walk properly (mostly see myself waddling and don't know how to fix it)...thanks a ton!
Jessica, question. I've always been told that to keep my knees dage, I should never bend them beyond my toes. When you are doing short squats on your toes at the start of your video, your knees move beyond your toes. Would you please comment.
That is actually an old concept and we know it's safe to do certain movements with knees beyond toes. In fact, walking puts our knees beyond our toes! :) I wouldn't tell people to squat with 50 lbs in this form, but doing a plie without loading it is perfectly safe :).
@@JessicaValantPilates Thanks, Jessica. I did look at myself in the mirror while I walk, I don't show a bent knee bearing my body weight moving beyond my toes. The only time my knees are in front of my toes is when my leg is straight and my knee is not bent. I must be an outlier. But good to know that this is an old concept.
I wanted to order the barre but the shipping was MORE than the barre itself. The barre was 109.00 shipping 129.00. So disappointing 😮 nope I’ll continue to use my railing in my theatre room 😂

You should try the melaleuca brand of protein bar. Same thing as the brand you suggested.
