I absolutely LOVE your videos. You always give your audience different options in case anyone is not able to follow the pose/move. I love the fact that you are a PT because it gives me confidence knowing you are careful with the moves, helping to prevent injuries. Your exercises are so good! I love them because they are perfect for me. Finally, you are very genuine. Occasionally, you give your audience exercises that sometimes even you aren’t able to fully perform but you admit to it. So disappointed with a product promo in the middle of your workout (I expect UA-cam commercials but this is you extolling the virtues of an unnecessary product)...and gluten-free for endometriosis? I’d need to see hard evidence to support that notion. Makes no sense whatsoever.
These UA-cam videos are free videos I offer to the public and I support my family through ads and product placements through products I believe in. You are more than welcome to find another channel that suits your needs more! I make no hard claims about any certain diet for endometriosis. Only that I have personally have had three surgeries for my endo and been diagnosed with Stage IV and a frozen pelvis and eating gluten free personally keeps my symptoms and pain under control. Also here is one of many medical research articles pointing to the fact that a gluten free diet can help endometriosis symptoms . From the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology called "Role of Gluten-Free Diet in the Management of Chronic Pelvic Pain of Deep Infiltrating Enometriosis." (Marziali & Capozzio, 2015). "Conclusion: Gluten-free diet could improve the clinical management of deep infiltrating endometriosis symptoms." I wish you the best!

Hi! I’m following your pilate classes. Can tell me how many repetition need to do for each exercise?
I did this with weights and it was a bit of a challenge. Does this mean I continue where I am for a while or do I need to start at advanced?

It's a slight side issue but one of my family has celiac disease so it's helpful to know what's gluten free.
