"micro-dosing" fitness has been my approach. I find it is what works best with my schedule. Usually I do a 15-20 minute stretching/mobility routine in the morning, followed by 20-30 minute exercise session, usually leg focused. Then through out the day at work I'm doing varieties of calisthenics, push up and pull up varieties. I fit in sets as I can here and there. If I feel like I need more, I can do so at home at the end of the day. This works well for my time management, and keeps me consistent, working out 5-7 days a week. Usually on my days off I'll do longer consolidated workout sessions.
I like the idea of micro-dosing a particular macro, carbs. I have been keeping the idea that carbs are a non-essential nutrient and more of a supplement at the front of my mind these days. So I tend to micro-dose them as a pre-workout or if I do have a carb-rich day, I remember that for the next day's training and really push the glycogen stores. All the hacks you guys talk about have been awesome, keep it up.
you guys always have suck a great synergy tougheter. dont bother with ben greenfeilds "lissen between the lines", no need for you guys to feel any pressure or force conversation, you guys got great synergy. and i think its cause you are just really good guys at heart. man i really need a black friend haha (thats not a gangbanger .. kidding). and mark just seems incredible kind human, really is a good and genuine team. and the other dude with his input from time to time also really fit the energy of the podcast. very cool that everyone of you guys have such good fitting energy, with the places you play in the podcast. fits really well. great guests also and questions asked. getting myself the tib bar, dident even know such device excisted. could be the missing pice in my case
