Justice for pianosaurus what a fudging waste. I really like all the lore of this chapter and Doey but it's for sure the least scary one so far. I know puzzles are your weakness but that Yarnaby section is actually buggy AF, it's one of the reasons why this has a bad steam review score cyurrently. I'm glad you overcame that Yarnaby level, sometimes that's enough for one to quit playing the game altogether but you persevered and solved lots of difficult puzzles as well. I agree that this chapter isn't as scary though it does feel like they put in way more story this time, so I guess a fair trade :D. I might actually buy a humidifier if you say its good, air around my area can gets really dry and cold like badly luckily not so bad right now. Yeah I really don't understand what was going on with that yarnaby section with all of the glitches. I feel like the pathing of yarnaby + his model size and attack range were too much causing way too many deaths.
Of course, the worst part was the lack of checkpoints making that long section even more annoying.
But, IRyS got through it with persistence, and hopefully any other bugginess is fixed in time for the next stream.

WolveRyS healing factor WOOO! They dropped the ball with the Yarnaby segment a little, makes me a little sad when IRyS gets frustrated to the point of actual swearing. The story continues to be very interesting though, can't wait to see where we go
The stressful Yarnaby battle made me YARN for Pianosaurus instead. But alas, Pianosaurus was the hero we didn't deserve and the world took him too soon... RIP Pianosaurus you will be missed!

i think my favorite thing about this chapter is that you start the game and there's a commercial about Doey, and in that commercial you see him bounce off a photo of three kids: one is frustrated and angry, one is happy and smiling, and the last is caringly wrapping his arms around the other two.
they literally show you what Doey is in like the first 10 seconds of the game it's such a cool little piece of foreshadowing
Doey deserved so much better, all three of them. Playtime Co is way worse than i ever could've imagine when i first played Chapter 1 years ago
also i think its awesome that we FINALLY get confirmation, via one of the tapes, that Poppy is Elliot's Daughter and the Ollie voice on the phone is the Prototype. i still don't know if the Prototype is Elliot, but given how it tells Poppy to "come home" i think that theory still holds some water. AND HUGGY IS BACK!!! LETS FUCKING GO!!! given how stupidly strong the other toys were and how much was needed to get rid of them, i always did think it was strange that the last we saw of Huggy was him just getting a couple really solid bonks on his fall in Chapter 1. i cannot WAIT to see how he's implemented in Chapter 5

Fun stream! It was entertaining and I was also in the mood for watching horror stuff! Poppy is really a good horror series and each episode hits emotionally, the lore behind is quite deep but man they really bullied Pianosaurus with a 40 seconds trailer and making him last in game 30 seconds LOL.
I was hoping for something like a boss fight, not just a cutscene where he’s a onesided victim lmao.
Despite that I have to say that the character I relate the most with so far is Doey.
Despite being a mixture of three personalities I think his desire to protect and save anyone he could is admirable but I think it will backfire on some point (the kinder you are, the more you want to look after someone and the more you can get emotional if things don’t go well, probably he’s going through hell just trying to make things better for everyone and shouldering all the responsibilities while Poppy doesn’t want that, she just thinks they shouldn’t exist and remove the problem from humanity, that’s wrong).
The story is probably pointed towards a bad ending. I don’t think any of them could live in the human society and they would end up being experimented or researched in the worst case scenario. But yeah, I’m really curious about the main character at this point he MUST have some sort of connection with all of this, not just as an unfortunate survivor.
And good job for playing this well today, especially for enduring the Yarnaby level that in my opinion was really designed in an unfair way, gameplay wise (I also watched a few playthroughs, your Yarnaby was like ten times more reactive than others and I was confused lol).
Well, always love the way you stream and of course you’re always my favourite person. I’m full of joy when I hear that you’re taking more care of yourself and following advises around, it’s a big sign of maturity and I like you more for that :)... I just want you to be happy and healthy dear nephilim (I also love dreaming of cooking italian meals for you since 50% of your motivation is also food! xD).
As usual I have a huge crush on your enthusiasm when you talk about the small things. Great first time playthrough for PPT Chapter 4. While not as scary or intense as Chapter 3 still a fun puzzle filled watch. That Yarnabe battle was literally Alien Isolation all over again. While I knew nothing going in Pianosaurus was probably one of the biggest fake outs I've seen in a modern game despite the hype. Looking forward to the ending, and the continuing quest for Lore.
When people state the length of a game, I guess we should add up the streamer debuff too 4 hours are definitely not enough here

The fact yarnaby can kill you in the hiding spots because of a bug is fucked 😅 I’ve seen some people have that bug and some people just not have him there entirely 😂 wtf game?! Horrible.
This has to be the worst chapter in the segment, honestly. I can't believe they released a chapter THIS buggy. There are whole segments that are actually unplayable because of the bugs. Kinda insane.
Still, irys made it enjoyable with her commentary and gameplay!
That depends on the PC and expect bugs on a new game. The devs will patch up any known bugs after a while. And I don't blame them. The map is quite expansive and full at the same time.
@jarrelleandersola508 Thats not a proper defense. Esspically for a mutil million dollar company like mob games is. At the end of the day, why release full story content for a game, when certain parts of said story are downright unplayable because of bugs. Especially for a horror story game. It completely ruins any atmosphere that the game tries to bulid.
Plus, you said it depends on the pc bulid? Irys has a very high end pc, and she still exprienced a plethora of bugs throughout her playthrough. Imagine what people with low pc bulids experienced lol.

Yeah ch1 was the only one that was kinda bug free atleast for me, ch2 and 3 were a hot mess and was kinda hoping ch4 would be more polished but that ain't happening when they released it so quick
