I am a long-time (but quiet) fan of yours, and I fully support you shifting over to podcasting (even if that means no more of the OG LG!)
Here's my only request: If you don't want to do UA-cam again, please consider uploading podcasts to UA-cam from time to time so that your non-podcast inclined audience can hear what you have to say.
There's tons of UA-cam content that originates from podcasts or talk radio, and I think -cameras or not- it would be great if you did that too!
Either way, perhaps I'll be seeing you in podcast land, and thanks for all the years of amazing content, videos, and that (despite your internal struggles) unbelievably bright smile that made other people who didn't feel okay (just like you), feel okay.

@@glenecollins Well, yes, but that doesn't mean that people are happy just because they're making daily content where they're constantly upbeat and chipper. Even PewDiePie had a video where he came out and admitted how damn miserable his daily vlogs were making him.
My first comment was pretty short, and it didn't get my point across too well, but what I meant was that just because people on social media are constantly showing their best side, doesn't mean that they don't have rough patches too or that you should judge yourself for not being as happy as the claim they are.
Everyone's depressed these days.

Especially when you consciously or subconsciously compare yourself to the phony perfect lifestyles of absurdly attractive people who, instead of doing a hard 9-5, 8-6, or a 8-8 job, they plough all that time and energy into making themselves look as good as they can, portraying the most perfect version of their lives...
A lot of the time they're rich kids anyway, like Donald Trump they claim they're self made when they've had millions of dollars given too them by parents, so many people can't help but paint a fictional portrait of a perfect life, it's part of our culture. I avoid phony, disingenuous people, they're toxic, I seek only real, genuine human beings and the truth.
Most importantly I'm working on stopping comparing myself against other people because its a totally faulty way of gauging your progress in life, almost none of us share the exact same starts in life, the playing field is not a level one so you can't expect accurate feedback, you will only destroy your self esteem, compete against yourself - it's rewarding to see you beat your old standards and have real, accurate feedback, goals become enjoyable, and achievable, rather than a chore with repeated failure, and as appose to comparing yourself with others, it actually builds your self-esteem when you're challenging yourself with realistic goals - the gym is great for this, charting your weights and your body and seeing results as you gradually increase your weights etc.

I’ve watched you ever since I was really young and I always respected how honest you always are in your videos and have educated me on so many topics from sex to body image to societal issues, everything. Honestly you’re the bomb! I really hope you constantly continue to be encouraged and uplifted and remember that yes there’s haters but there’s even more supporters because you are such a pure soul. Thank you.

Thank you for providing me with the many opportunities to gain more knowledge on subjects I was otherwise deficient in. Thank you. UA-cam may not be the best place for you, but it was the best place for me to learn from you. A piece of your legacy will remain in the knowledge you bestowed upon me and for that I am grateful to have known that piece of you.
