Reagan, let me tell you. If I had surgery on my shoulder, I would be off booktube for days. You uploading videos after all of that proves not only are you a dedicated booktuber, but that you love what you do. That even if it's a pain or hard you still do it. Amazing, girl. Amazing.
I love the variety of what you read, its so diverse yet they're all fantastic and you aren't always reading the exact same thing as everyone else on book tube. Its great!
I'm so glad someone mentioned "The Arrival" - finally! It's my alltime favorite because the art is breathtaking and how he tells the story, without words, in a surreal way - stunning!
I'm so glad that you've finally read Howl's Moving Castle! I love both the book and movie as well. The plot in the book definitely makes more sense, but I love them both for their differences. The movie is one of my favorite Miyazaki movies too!
I can't remove Ready Player One from my head and I read it a year ago. It's so good. SO GOOD. Rainbow puke of all nerdness. I really want to find book(s) with the same quality or even higher from it, because it just take my book universe to another new level :p
Loved that you loved Ready Player One. I was not something I'd normally read and probably the biggest surprise of my entire reading experience. Favorite standalone book.
I read RPO like 3 months ago and at first I was a little bit lost with the 80's references but then it was FREAKING PHENOMENAL!!! And that ending!!! Epic overload. It's supposed to be turned into a movies but there are no news so far :( Hugs from argentina!
I only found out recently that The Giver was part a quartet, and your synopsis made me really want to read them. I love series where all of the books are companion novels and follow different main characters!
Ah you're so awesome for still uploading videos and I really love you for that! Thanks to you I think I might jump onto the the Historical Fiction bandwagon. :)
I remember doing an assignment for "The Arrival", which was to create your own narrative, definitely recommend this project to you guys, truly fun, and enjoyable.
Ready Player One is like an easter egg for a geek. I just loved it. Little Book Owl has it as her readalong book for August and I am glad to have an excuse to read it again...I've read it multiple times. I gotta continue with the Giver series - have no excuse not to - they are on Amazon Unlimited.
Its so awesome that you read the two books I've most recently purchased! (Mr Penumbra's 24-hour bookstore and Ready Player One) I'm currently half-way through Ready Player One and I absolutely LOOOVE it!! I like it more than Penumbra actually. I don't know if it was just me but I found the book to be (although fun!) a slightly bit too confusing for me.
Howl's Moving Castle is one of my favorite books! I've read it so many times. :D I've never heard Code Name Verity, but I've been wanting to read more historical fiction lately. Adding it to my TBR!
I also read "Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore" (and reviewed it in a video in my channel ;) ). I kind of liked it, but would't describe it as fun. Basically, I thought it's the kind of book a techie geek might like.
I know what you mean about Mr. Penumbra. I LOVED Mister Penumbra himself, he was wonderful, and I liked Clay too, but I found it really had to relate to Kat, I felt like her priorities were reaaaaally messed up...
Easter Eggs can apply to films and television to. Case in point: Captain America's Shield from Iron Man. You should totally watch *Grave of the Fireflies*. Remember: bring tissues. I am hesitant to read *ready player one* since it's written in the first person. Normally, I do not like books written in the first person, except for autobiographies and books like in the journal/diary/letter format. Like *The Perks of Being a Wallflower*, for example. I think I might like RPO, as I am a big old nerd, at heart. But the perspective that Cline used is putting me off. I think books written in the first person in the most easy books to write, as you are describing the action being taken as you would see it. But with books in the third person, you have to really work at it; so ergo, more harder: God's Eye view is the best way to write something, in my point of view.
That's alright Regan, I didn't even notice that you were wearing your pyjamas until you mentioned it =)) Wow, you read A LOT of books. Compared to me, if you check out my July wrap up you'll know what I mean =))

"I found the sex to be repetitive". Yeah. It often is.

You go girl with your surgery and you read so much, keeping up with UA-cam!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so glad that you've finally read Howl's Moving Castle! I love both the book and movie as well. The plot in the book definitely makes more sense, but I love them both for their differences. The movie is one of my favorite Miyazaki movies too!
I loved The Son!!! One of the best endings to a series ever.
I can't remove Ready Player One from my head and I read it a year ago. It's so good. SO GOOD. Rainbow puke of all nerdness. I really want to find book(s) with the same quality or even higher from it, because it just take my book universe to another new level :p
I read Ready Player One around Christmas...IT IS SO GOOD! I loved it! My little geeky heart could not but help to fall in love with it!
In "The Bronze Horseman" I found the physical aspect exaggerated also. But I also loved it!
Loved that you loved Ready Player One. I was not something I'd normally read and probably the biggest surprise of my entire reading experience. Favorite standalone book.
You should read the rest of the castle trilogy! Those books are SOOOOOOO good! They are 'castle in the air' and 'house of many ways'
I read RPO like 3 months ago and at first I was a little bit lost with the 80's references but then it was FREAKING PHENOMENAL!!!
And that ending!!! Epic overload. It's supposed to be turned into a movies but there are no news so far :(
Hugs from argentina!
I respect your thumbnail choices.
I only found out recently that The Giver was part a quartet, and your synopsis made me really want to read them. I love series where all of the books are companion novels and follow different main characters!
The giver quartet is fantastic! I love all of the books, I wish that more people read on beyond The Giver. There is so much more to the story! :)
Code Name Verity is something I anticipate to read, it sounds so great. Female friendships, yay!
Ah you're so awesome for still uploading videos and I really love you for that! Thanks to you I think I might jump onto the the Historical Fiction bandwagon. :)
Thank you for uploading videos even after you went through surgery! Love your videos and you!!!
I remember doing an assignment for "The Arrival", which was to create your own narrative, definitely recommend this project to you guys, truly fun, and enjoyable.

Its so awesome that you read the two books I've most recently purchased! (Mr Penumbra's 24-hour bookstore and Ready Player One)

Didn't even know that howl's moving castle was a book series.
I really want to read the giver quartet I have the first one and am planning on reading it :)
I also read "Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore" (and reviewed it in a video in my channel ;) ). I kind of liked it, but would't describe it as fun. Basically, I thought it's the kind of book a techie geek might like.

I read 20 books and 8 novellas this month :P
I wish i could read as much as you! :)))))
You need to buy The Book Thief. It's a really good piece of historical fiction.
Now you've made me want How's Moving Castle (the book).
Your videos make me wanna have a huge book shopping spree!! Love your recommendations on graphic novels! Have you read Anya's Ghost?!
A little sacrilegious, but I liked Howl's Moving Castle as a book more than the movie. Then again, they're completely different stories.
Oh, yes! And Ng is pronounced "ing." I had a teacher with that last name. :)

OMG we had to read the arrival in art class then draw some of the pictures there it was hard I cannot draw
your impressive. Both in reading and uploading while injured :(
Can't wait to see your review of The Bronze Horseman. It's my favorite book ever. Do you plan on continuing with the trilogy?
Where is the bronze horseman review? And I agree I got really bored during those two hundred pages of "Cavorting"
Will you read the other two books in the series of Howl? The second doesn't have much Sophie and Howl, but the third XD
That's alright Regan, I didn't even notice that you were wearing your pyjamas until you mentioned it =))
Wow, you read A LOT of books. Compared to me, if you check out my July wrap up you'll know what I mean =))
