Efo riro is one of the best soup in western part of Nigeria. This soup is eaten with a variety of meals like, rice, pounded yam, eba or semovita etc.

6 red bell peppers
6 onions
habanero peppers
ginger
iru(locust beans)
palmoil
4 packs of frozen spinach
saki(beef tripe)
ponmo(beef skin)
goat meat
dry fish
crayfish
seasoning powder
