Exercise 6: ambos humanos estan posicion desgasta los discos invertebrales😅. Pero la animacion lo hace distinto al menos sirve p isquios gluteos y cudriceps.
El 7 es muy bueno... Q deslizador usa un pedacito se alfombra.... Decirlo x fa.
Los anteriores el mas lesivo el good morning y mas adelante elmvoladizo con p goblets.

I am sorry but the first exercise is not for biceps femoris. It is an extension and not a contraction exercise, so you are not exercising the biceps femoris, you are actually hyperextending it and you cause little lesions that are called Microtraumas. The muscle that is worked with that movement are the back erectors.
