I am from Kolhapur and we used to use Khapali Wheat. But, now a days farmers here don't prefer wheat and usually produce sugarcane. I am shocked that you know about Khapali Wheat.
My husband is a civil engineer turned farmer, was into active business supplying civil engineering solutions for problems in roads and bridges. During Covid he realised and may be a calling to grow pure and chemical free wheat. He obtained chawal kathi wheat ( ancient produce) seeds from Akash Chaurasiya ,Sagar. The flavour , taste & aroma are amazing , the flour doesn’t turn black even if kept overnight . I m from punjab and belong to a farmer's family . We grow wheat in our fields. The crop seems like sons to my father . That's why atta of home grown wheat (or any cereal) is the best. Proud 💓
We are grinding wheat at home from past 15 years from electric grinder as shown in your video and trust me the quality is 100 times better than regular brands like aashirvad and you can tell the difference just by eating the roti.
I make my own atta - organic Course whole wheat flour, some oat bran, flaxseed meal ( crushed ) sometimes May little rice , bason flour. . Mix with milk or yogurt. , put olive oil in it. Cumin seeds. Himalayan Salt. Taste is so good. Can make roti n bhakari. Like your videos. Thanks 🙏. Good work.
I remember till early 2000, my mom always got it from the mill guy but later when he closed shop, we started to buy atta from supermarkets. I really appreciate the amount of time spent on researching and bringing it to us. Thanks a lot!
I think you should make a video on importance and benefits of millets, as they are the future grains of India. Even the government has put plans to promote millets production and I think they are superfoods compared to wheat and rice which 80-90 percent of our population depends upon.
Yes we need more details about their varieties and recommended uses. He has only talked about them minutely in the environment video and a few other videos. I'm sure they must each have special uses in Ayurveda!
That’s what Indians ate instead of wheat and flour long time back. When British came they forced farmers to stop farming millet and forced them to plant corn and other stuff. This caused bad effects on Indians health. If you google you will find history of millet and what British did in India.

Being a flour Miller myself i know this. Although our product too uses hybrid wheat and fast chakki, we don't use the harmful pesticides that Aashirvaad and Fortune companies use after grinding atta. No doubt their products stay fresh so long on shelves. If you keep a Aashirvaad or Fortune packet for year too without opening, it will still be same from inside. That's not the case with our no pesticide atta which will go bad within 3 months even if not opened.
In open condition, chakki atta should not be stored for more than 10-15 days true. But if packed and sealed. It can be stored for longer as no air contact happening with the flour.

My mother stopped buying atta packets from store 5 years ago. We used to get fresh wheat from nearby wholesale store and go to a grinding shop and get our fresh grinded atta
Very informative. Someone suggested Khapli wheat flour (Rs 155/ per kg) which I am now using for the last 5 months. My diabetes control has improved . I find the Khapli wheat flour tasty also
Its almost 3 decades we have been living in Mumbai, but never bought ready-made atta. My mom selects wheat and give it for grinding to the same local chakki.
We use simple formula, 6kg wheat + 1kg soyabean + 1kg black gram + 1kg maize + 1kg millet. Can't store the chapati otherwise it will become dry and rough after 4-5 hours. We also tried to mix barley in it but I was not able to digest the gluten in barley. If I was eating it since my childhood then maybe I could.
Since my father has turned out to be a diabetic person, we use chakki grinded multigrain atta with customized additional attas in it. Trust me it's rotis taste better than previous aashirvad normal wheat.😋 PS:- Nowadays multigrain roughly costs as much as normal whole wheat 🤑
The cost given can be even lower for khapli. Khapli wheat grain costs between Ra.55-120 per kg depending on season. Grinding at local flour mill costs Rs.6 per kg
Since you consume this, you will know the quality better. Where can we get it online at such prices? Price in this range is almost impossible to find online.
This guy is gem of fitness, he gives a holistic view of fitness which is accessible for everyone instead of showing some exercise and supplements. Live your work brother
What about people living in other countries? I am in US and use Sujata multigrain flour. We can but only packaged atta here as no chakki. Kindly make videos for us too.
Love your videos bro, but just a small correction there, DAP and urea are not pesticides but chemical fertilizers which are substantially used by small farmers for good growth of crops. Loads of respect for your work 😊
After a long time Fit Tuber posted a ranked from worst to best series. We are so proud of you Fit Tuber. You are doing great job, keep it up 😉👍 May God bless you and your family.
Most of it doesn't make sense. No point breaking ones head to eat all of this. It wont make you immortal. About packaged stuff I agree on him specially noodles, biscuits etc.. The rest isn't feasible. Not worth buying so expensive atta, ghee or some things this guy recommended.
@@ai__ninja what cheap? Its regular stuff. Regular Wheat, ghee, Bread etc. Why would anyone say it's cheap. Eating anything better wont make you a superhuman. The air we breathe itself is quite bad and dangerous. Cant expect to carry oxygen tanks and walk outside. It doesn't make sense. For somethings like health drinks or certain foods that can be actually bad I agree with him. For the rest its from fetched.
Finally someone is talking about wheat. We realised it a year back and now growing our own wheat in natural ways (no chemical fertilisers, no pesticides), relying on desi gobar khad (cow dung manure and culture made of same). This season grown Sona Moti variety for trial. The yield is less as compared to other variety but I am doing it for my own & friends Consumption. Hopefully will be able to increase the yield overtime once my soil becomes more healthy (natural way is slow process and I have patience)
We buy whole wheat for the entire year when it's wheat season and then store it by coating it with caster oil. Then we make flour as needed. The caster oil coating makes a lot of difference between store brought atta and home stored one. Home stored one's roti is more soft, doesn't get rubbery after getting cool and it's also more tastier.
Don’t castor oil upset the stomach? I buy Lulu Atta which is freshly produced. It makes very soft rotis. If I need multigrain I mix besan and barley flours or soya and barley flour.
@@world-of-susan. Yes but it helps when taken in very small quantities. Here I'm talking about very light coating just so that we can store it the whole year. that's it, no more oil than that
Sir we are traders we actually know what quality of wheat they use....umm the mill quality wheat which is cheapest there is sharbati 24₹ per kg then there is tin ekke (3 A's) around same range then comes malva which is around 23₹ and the mill quality is 21₹ per kg

Hi vivek! I have question ,as some of us living abroad and all we found in a stores are those atta from category 1-3,then what would be the possible healthy options we can go with ? If you have any suggestions.
It's true with preservatives in aata. I have suffered with digestive problems with preservatives. This is really helpful. Thank you. Please also make a video if Sooji is good or not.
Your views on the importance of using organic products is right. However, I regret to inform you that I am unable to find any options for such products outside of India. As I am currently residing in Dubai, even milk & water products are not readily available in organic form. I would like to request the creation of a video that addresses the concerns and needs of individuals in situations similar to mine. Thank you
Vivek; my complements on this very useful and very well presented video. FYI we have an ancient variety called " Chawal Kathi" grown by Subhash Palekar Prakritik (SPK) technique at our own farm in Bhopal. This long grained wheat has highest fibre and lowest gluten (possible in wheat). The taste is simply amazing. Will like to send you sample for you to try; need your postal address.

What a well researched analysis! Thank you so much for the info especially on the very well known brands which have been shown to be inferior. Kudos for your efforts. More power to you. Kerp it up
Here in USA, I have tried various aatas and finally decided aashirwaad is best for making rotis. We bake our own bread at home and aashirwaad works best for that too. Aashirwad sharbati is much worse than the ordinary one, I didn't find the multigrain to be any better. Aata coming from Canada is terrible. If it says product of Canada or Australia, then don't even touch it. It is not only bad in taste but also mostly maida. Similarly, when I was living in New Zealand, I found that Aashirwad coming from Australia was of very poor quality and I had to travel long distances to Auckland to find aata from India. So not all Aashirwad is equal. I dont think any of them have quality control.
The video is amazing! the comparison and the tables shown and which grain to be mixed at home combinations is wonderful , the presentation is next level even a layman(like me) will understand it nicely.keep up your good work Fit tuber, blessings 👍✌

You lost all your credibility by endorsing Mamaearth nonsense!
Please shed some light on Rice brands. Thank you for this valuable information.
i recommend people to simply store raw grains in home and buy atta chakki. the freshness you feel in roti is beyond imagination
This guy is gem of fitness, he gives a holistic view of fitness which is accessible for everyone instead of showing some exercise and supplements. Live your work brother
What about people living in other countries? I am in US and use Sujata multigrain flour. We can but only packaged atta here as no chakki. Kindly make videos for us too.
video packed with more info than the nutrients in atta 🙂
You have actually increased my health❤❤
Great research, thanks for doing the hard work for us.
Waited for more than 3 years..Vivek sir need same in worst to best Tea packet 😊❤
First step. Don't use tea packet just use the loose tea.
@@TheCockateil Agree but it wont be good as it will be oxidated and also get dust from environment.
Love your videos bro, but just a small correction there, DAP and urea are not pesticides but chemical fertilizers which are substantially used by small farmers for good growth of crops. Loads of respect for your work 😊

Excellent service you are doing. Please also put disclaimer saying that you have no association with any of the products, that will help .
After a long time Fit Tuber posted a ranked from worst to best series.
We are so proud of you Fit Tuber.
You are doing great job, keep it up 😉👍
May God bless you and your family.
@@bourbon646 eat cheap food then, no one’s stopping you
@@ai__ninja what cheap? Its regular stuff. Regular Wheat, ghee, Bread etc.
Why would anyone say it's cheap. Eating anything better wont make you a superhuman.
The air we breathe itself is quite bad and dangerous. Cant expect to carry oxygen tanks and walk outside.
It doesn't make sense.
For somethings like health drinks or certain foods that can be actually bad I agree with him.
For the rest its from fetched.
@Arkapal Sen there is no such thing as worst. Till the food is good its healthy.
Eating expensive food wont make you healthier.
@Arkapal Sen I said regular stuff isn't as bad as he says. I never said eat crap.
Can I get your contact? I want to buy from you seriously, like every month
Although I live in city, but my family eat atta from the wheat grown in fields in our Village near by!! It has proved good for our health!
I salute him for his consistency👏
Small Correction ** 2:35
Urea and DAP are not pesticides they are Fertilizers Which can be used in minimal Quantities ❤
Great video 👍, But the Problem is that i Consume 20 - 25kg atta In a month (alone). Then, It costs a lot for me 😱.
Switch to millets :)
Here I'm talking about very light coating just so that we can store it the whole year. that's it, no more oil than that
@@tinkerersagar Thank you. I have heard that some use mustard oil also in this way. Can we store pulses like this and wash off before cooking?
Sir we are traders we actually know what quality of wheat they use....umm the mill quality wheat which is cheapest there is sharbati 24₹ per kg then there is tin ekke (3 A's) around same range then comes malva which is around 23₹ and the mill quality is 21₹ per kg
Suggestion: please review more skincare products like face serums that are highly popular right now.
Some popular brands today:
Minimalist

Mamaearth

Also, a huge thank you for helping us make better choices every day!
I was searching for organic flour and today got this video notification I can't be more lucky feeling blessed. Thanks Vivek for improving our food quality. More power to you.
Then which is best aata
Good job. I think buying aata from a local chakki and mixing it in proper ratio is the best thing to do. Eating Wheat aata on a daily basis is not a healthy option.
Mujhe kya mere yaha to khet he❣️😅
Khet to hai par kon se beej laga rahe hain wo important hai🙂

Such informative videos doesn’t deserve to be taken down. Hats off to you brother👏🏻
Wooow !!! 😋🍴
Even we use Attaaaa...
Love from Sri Lanka
🍀😇❤🎀
Bhai. Thanku so much. Mehnat itni kari h aapne ki laptop pr bhi aate wale hath k prints hai. Hats off bhai. 🎉❤
Thank you
The best UA-camr ever. The efforts and the research that goes into each of your videos is commendable. Wish the best for you always. 😊
I grow wheat my self without using any chemical components in my farms & same we uses in our daily food. Happy to say I have best atta in the world 😊
Bro can u delivery to me 😊😊😊😊
A video on "How to maintain Heart Health?" ❤️
Ispar video banana chahiye
❤
Heart ko nikal do body se
@10:35 the atta stained handprints on the laptop show that he indeed was playing around with the wheat packets. Kudos 👌
a wheat trader here, this brands often use 50% rejected grains and 50% good quality for grinding. grind your own grains.
Govt strictly bans rejected old stuff in the market.Pass act and punish .
If you can send sample of Atta to us so that we can order larger quantity
@@Kumar-mw4ek Sure we can send sample atta. please give your postal address with pin code number and phone number . Thanks
Where can I buy this atta. Pls send a link
you really worked hard brother
Love from Canada
we cant get any chakki near by and from last month we didnt find any indian atta in store 😕
I'm quite sure there are organic farmers around who also grow old non-hybrid wheat varieties (like spelt)
Best affiliate marketer of India!
🛑So smart to put
'not sponsored' tag and yet make commissions from items -all those 100s of links in ur video descriptions - that are mostly low in quality or fail to work as your video claims.
Really appreciate ur relentless effort to educate ppl on health👏 If this is the case with wheat grains n atta, I cant even imagine the adulteration of Rice grains😕🤷
Thank you so much sir for providing such information through Ayurveda. You are truly a master of knowledge.
My father never buys aata from shop, always buy wheat from local farmer which we use as food 🙏
The efforts that goes behind making every video is enormous. Hats off brother ❤️
This episode is an eye opener. I live in the USA and we usually eat Aashirvaad Whole wheat. I will check for Desi wheat based Organic flour next time. Can any one share a good brand of this type available here?
Ohh!! I thought in the USA food regulations were very strict and companies feared to sell food items mixed with chemicals 😮😮
Best one
Making atta using chakki machine at home

A very nicely researched and really important video after such a long time. Efforts are appreciated.
I was last week talking to my mother regarding rice and wheat. Then I thought fittuber ne rice ke liye to brown rice btaya but not anything for wheat and this weel this videos shows up. So helpful and thanks a lot vivek bhai for researching extensively for your community
Excellent video and after my corporate days with Nestle, I have switched my purchasing of all flours to my friendly neighbouring mill guy.. No Brands again.. 🙏 congrats for your wonderful consumer centred UA-cam intervention.. All the best..
Vivek bro...if you have time pls also make shorts where you can cover more topics in short time like best cream, shampoo etc. in budget, you can answer to some health FAQs, and list is endless.
Also, if not making a new video you can edit your long videos into short ones and leave the full video link in comments. They will reach to even more audience.
Lots of love bro ❤❤
May you achieve even greater heights.
Bhai, bhaga ke video dekh lo.
Brother im not against vivek but im admirer of his works
But his most of the healthy alternatives are way costlier than regular products
And if you start replacing your daily products with costlier ones
Then you have to increase your monthly budget a lot
And most of the healthier products are beyond reach of a middleclass person
Because most of the healthy alternatives are actually overpriced
हम तो भाई गेहूं खरीदते हैं उसके बाद पिस के लाते हैं सबसे बेस्ट आटा😂😂
What a well researched analysis! Thank you so much for the info especially on the very well known brands which have been shown to be inferior. Kudos for your efforts. More power to you. Kerp it up
Hats off to you for doing research not only at home but on field as well! Efforts appreciated❤
In Pakistan, any atta. If you can get it.
Hi vivek .. pls share the best aata and diet chart for type 2 diabetic people
Can you pls do a video , describing original, hybrid and GMO crops. Their pros and cons.
Pakistanis crying in corner and be like
You guys have variety in wheat😂😂😂😂
We have great option Bring wheat from our vilages spend ₹ 3 on chakki and its done healty & afordeable
Thanks a bunch for this video ❤ solving the hidden problems which we would never be aware of😊❤.
Please do similar video on white rice as many use it daily from South side
The video is amazing! the comparison and the tables shown and which grain to be mixed at home combinations is wonderful , the presentation is next level even a layman(like me) will understand it nicely.keep up your good work Fit tuber, blessings 👍✌
Love farmers love farming ❤
Very informative... kindly suggest which wheat is better for grinding...we usually buy wheat and grind it... thanks in advance
He should be highly paid by his sponsored brands. Cos all his recommendations don’t list all the ingredients and aren’t certified
