I bought the 7 ft rod, late spring of this yr and loved it. Casts nicely, is sensitive, strong and felt like good quality. Accidentally broke it when I shut in my car door but I liked it so much I got another one to replace it with today lol.
I have the stratus 6 for almost 2 years now and still going strong. For the price, it’s not a bad deal at all. I’m curious to what the Stratus 7 feels like
@@TwistedTackle From the factory it came on the left and when I tried to change it, the hole on the right side was smaller and the handle pin didn't fit.

I use it for inshore fishing
Love these rods but the reel is trash imo
The reel did great for me, I count it through the wringer on a lot of fish.
