I've been using these since I started T2. I absolutely love that the legendary values are available right from the start.
It's pretty cool
Hey, just wanted to say thanks for creating these videos. I see you've been at it a while and the algo god just decided to throw you into my recommended. I'm a casual who drops in for a while each season to push what I can push. The concise, direct refresher info is appreciated before I have to specialize after glyph levelling. Subbed
You are so welcome. I've felt for a while that most players are actually casuals and covering only what the top 10% need, doesn't really help them. Even if I cover new stuff, I try to think what most people need not just what I think would be interesting. That being said... I really appreciate the comment and sub. It means a lot! 😊
Thanks for taking the time for these. They help a lot. The 'WISE old man (75)'. I had taken your ideas from the last video and used them. Looking at the other tempering things and it has helped me.
Absolutely! I'm glad it helped!
Is it better to temper with the same kind of damage your build already does or with a different kind of damage?
The elemental power doesn't matter that much in early game. In endgame what sources damage you focus on is going to be determined by your build. Most sources of damage are additive, so there is a definite diminishing return. The best guide I have seen is over at maxroll.gg
Here is the direct link: maxroll.gg/d4/resources/in-depth-damage-guide
Very useful.
Thank you!
Chance tp cast double lightning spear is broken. Doesnt do anything now that the lightning spear gains that now if you put a point into it.
I was hoping it woild just add a third spear but no. Too bad because several builds right now qould benefit from it. I also broke some items because of it.
That would be pretty cool to have the third. Sorry it didn't work out.
I got a question… first is blizzard an actual dot…it should work with xfals and ice spikes with fire bolt enchant ? Sooo theoretically I could use the new creeping death aspect and shatter key stone when they freeze it will x the damage of the dots and explode into more damage that can proc firewalls on lucky hit? So ide have fire bolt n fire wall for enchants and fist of fate for all the cc to x the damage of creeping death and use blizz and ice spikes to bring it all together
I'm not sure on if it triggers the dot debuff. It does continual damage in an area. Its not like burn or poison that for sure trigger the dot. That being said, i would test it on the dummies as see what damage you get without the gear that triggers dot and then with gear that doesn't. Just make sure the replace the with something close (minus the dot multiplier). That's hard to test with the x'fal, I would see if i could find a rare or legendary items that are close in anything that affects damage, except one has increased damage over time and they both have the same aspect. That should confirm. I'll check if i have anything fits that. I'm pretty sure rings are the only things that roll increased dot damage.
@@OwnModeGaming it is a dot and it does work with xfals now I would scale Crit damage for burning instinct and damage to crowd controlled for over all damage ?
@@OwnModeGaming I might be on to something here lmfao
@@Killswitch1986 yeah, keep me updated
@@Killswitch1986lmk I was a blizzard sorc in season 4
Tbh ice spike is where the real damage is. From what I’ve read the actual blizzard damage is negligible & most blizzard sorc’s only put 1 skill point into blizzard because of it.
Update us on how it goes!
When do we get a landslide build video
I'm going live this week and doing a full breakdown of my fireball sorc and landslide build. Tips on the leveling, common problems. How to best acquire uniques and what aspects to use until you get them. At least that's the plan. I'll announce what day and time I'm going live by tomorrow via community post.
@@OwnModeGaming i watched a few Videos already but none gone deep into explaining why they use what gear abilities paragon and so on how they manage ressource and how the build works in what order you use what skills and why
Im sure you will do a better job
@@Orcrion I will do better 👍 let me know anything else you would like to see.
All the tempers you are showing (at least as far as halfway through) are common/shared tempers and the values you are showing are legendary tempers. World Tier 1-3 won’t have those values available to new players. Just suggest that you update the title to reflect that these tips apply for season 4 players now in season 5. Or update the video with overlays on the screen that show the lower level values.
In season 5, you start with all the legendary from the beginning, as long as you unlocked them in season 4. It was an error but they said they are going to leave for at least this season.
@@OwnModeGamingThat's basically what he said
@@theunfazed7109 I see. There are earlier versions of these that start dropping early in the game. I currently can't access those lower versions in game. I still recommend these in their uncommon and rare form. They just get better.
