This is a quick experiment testing out a strange viral video from Kwai, reposted onto Instagram. For some reason, Kwai (Chinese app) is the birthplace of the most bizarre DIY / oddly satisfying trends and I'm actually quite proud of my people for coming up with such madness :P. This one requires UHU glue which was invented and manufactured in Germany. It's not a PVA glue but contains a type of resin which turns gummy upon contact with water or friction. In school, we used to roll UHU glue between our fingers to create little squishy balls.
DISCLAIMER: Please do this experiment responsibly. Ask for permission if necessary and clean up the tap afterwards. I find the easiest way is to use the glue ball to pick up all the residue while it's still soft. A toothpick might be needed to get smaller pieces out. If the tap still feels clogged, you can dissolve the glue using nail-polish remover. Incidentally, the solvent inside UHU actually works as nail polish remover as well! You can see in the video that my nails were wrecked towards the end because the glue pulled all the polish away.

A norwegian glue mixed with water makes slime. It does get hard quite quickly.
In Norway we have a soap called «krystal grønnsåpe» and mix a bit of krystal with hand-soap and you get slime

Most places tap water just goes straight back to a water treatment center once it goes down the drain. I’d do some research first but this would be no worse than just soap.

How long does it take for the glue to dry and clog the faucet? And how can you 100% sure is fully cleaned?
It depends on your glue, check the bottle and just turn on your tap, see if all the water is flowing well.

I saw another video attempting this (with success) and they put the glue on a sponge first before pressing the sponge to the faucet. This prevents clogging the sink!
I watched this the day after it was uploaded, but it was the exams so I didn't have the time. Two months later, it was a public holiday. So I tried it out this morning. My first attempt was exactly the same as yours. After ten minutes, it finally worked! I'm so shook!

The bubbles are so cool looking O.O !! Did you try letting any of the glue cure or dry after filling it with water? I imagine it would mess up the curing process since it's resin-based glue, but it would be cool to save those shapes somehow.
I wonder what would happen if you mixed the super gel and original together. And with different ratios 10% super to 90% original, 30% super to 70% original, etc. To see if you could get bigger bubbles 🤔🤔🤔

I tried it a while ago and I followed a video where you had to make a "slime" out of the glue and a bit of water. You have to squeeze the glue into a glass of water and it will almost immediately form slime. Then you put the slime on the tab and make sure that there are no holes and turn on the water. If you Do this method, you'll be able to swirl the slime and remove it from the tab so you get some really cool water bubbles that you can play with in your hands. Also if you make the slime it won't be that messy and the glue doesn't stick to the tab. I hope this was helpful 💛❤️💗💜💙💚

2:27 you should play it with your hand , juts squeeze some to you hand and swirl it around with you finger until it's a bit textures and not as clear :D the you have to stretch it like slime and put it under the tap while holding it to the side of the tap and it will create a cute lil bubble of water :D ( sorry for my English btw )
I do this every time when I was little, I do it with the normal version and squeeze a little bit in my hand then put it in the sink and hold it and every time there was a hole I close it quickly (sorry for my English) 😍🥰

Also you can squirt it out on your hand and press your hand onto the tap, then turn onto the tap! It takes less time and is way easier!

I’ve seen videos where you put the glue on your palms then press your palms onto the the faucet. I feel like that would get the entire opening on the faucet coated with glue.
Also maybe you try pinch the top for the glue water bottle will the water is so running to contain the water in the “glue balloon”
