Here are two adorable DIYS with a lot of relaxing ASMR. I've been loving bubble tea lately so I turned that into a transparent fidget toy. I also remade the needlefelt shiba from an old video using the correct method with a pom pom maker. This was my first time using one and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. The trickiest (but most satisfying) part is probably trimming the shape into a sphere. It's very tempting to keep on snipping but this can cause your ball to shrink until it becomes too small to use. So keep an eye on the size and focus on making one side look nice and round, rather than having it look perfect from every direction.

That pom pom is so fluffy!!
I have a tip for making bodies or other big shapes for needle felting cheaply. I use the synthetic doll stuffing from Rayher which they sell in big bags and only use felting wool to cover the shape the color I want. It's a bit different than using wool as it's not long strands of fiber and I would recommend using a needle felting tool with multiple neeles as it makes things a lot easier and quicker.
You simply take a big chunk of stuffing, squeeze it a bit together and start poking it. I keep rotating it while I work, slightly squeeze it to the shape I want and just poke where I feel it needs to get rounder or denser. Over time gradually poke your needle less deep as the middle will already be hard enough and you risk breaking your needle if you keep poking it. Also keep the surface a bit soft / fluffy for the next step.
It's a bit confusing at first but once you get a feel for it it's quite easy to make a big slightly squishy ball with it.
After you are happy with the shape you can wrap felting wool in the color you want around and just poke it onto the ball and then add your details.
It is a bit tricky at first as working with the stuffing is very different than felting wool but as the wool is super expensive where I live it's worth to me using this cheaper material as the inside for big shapes.

You could use a foam ball in the middle instead.
& felt on to it. It would be way more sturdy that way
It should normally be full wool. But foam would use less material.

The boba pop it looks like it would break if you bend it too much though… how do you prevent it from cracking??
The plastic is very sturdy so it doesn't break. The only issue that might happen is that the paper cones/bobas might come off if you bend it too much but you can prevent that by adding clear tape on both sides
