With something like this, what’s the difference time wise using a 110mm lens vs a 70mm?

There's a lot of factors so it's hard to quantify, but it would certainly be faster due to the more focused beam. Maybe 10-20%?

Would this laser cut all the way on a 1.5 mm 4140?

I think 1mm is pushing it personally. Galvo lasers aren't really designed for cutting.

Can M7 or M8 jpt do color on brass & silver?

You can get a wider variety of marks, but I wouldn't say color. The color is for ferrous metals.
