your videos have really helped transform my thinking around what is most important. The stage Im at now is that I do the things I dont want to do, in order to do the things I do want to do. Thanks for sharing your great wisdom.

It reminds me Henry Fords words: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t-you’re right.” It’s all about the power of your mindset!
Thank you, Conor, for a great inspiration I have got with your great stories!

I have detected deep understanding and thinking in your words. A correct decision without effort and commitment is ineffective as a wrong decision. Because effort and commitment are what determines success... Wonder points Conor.

I am a retiree but my commitment does not retire with my professional job. I am at a crossroad for the past 6 months and your videos are helping me to go on and check what can strengthen my commitment. Your video on Making Committed Decisions is helping me make headway to my plan. It may fail, I don't know but I am getting excited about it.
Kudos to you Conor! Thank you and please continue sharing your experiences and insights!

    Hi Buddy,
This is so true. You have to make the best decision with the information that you have at the time. Choose a decision, carefully, and then gather information/processes that support that decision.
In ancient Roman Law it was decided (I don't have the Roman legalize or language available to me at the time) "once a decision was decided it will not be revisited". This dovetails nicely with your video here. Keep up the good work! You are a mentor for life!

One of the reasons I follow you is the genuine way you show commitment to the things you do. I find it incredibly inspiring to see that your 9-10 level of commitment can last for so long, despite the downs of the journey. I found that to be the most difficult to keep this high level of commitment for an extended period.

Thanks for your ideas, I like your clear and honest explanations. I have a question... it's all very well to only aim to make something work if you feel it's a 9 or 10/10. What happens if nothing in your life or future gives you a feeling that you would commit 9 or 10/10 effort to it? If that motivation doesn't exist and has never existed for any particular path, what then? How do you cultivate motivation? I want to have that strong feeling, but I think some people are far more inclined to have strong desires to achieve than others.

Thank you Connor. I was thinking about this very topic a couple of days ago. I have been at a crossroads,; involved in several organizations, but unable to feel as though I am contributing enough to any one of them. So, the question that has plagued me has been: Which one can I make my best contributions to?
Your talk has been helpful in freeing my mind to make that committment. Thanks again.

Every time I need to make a decision I end up in complete confusion. Plus I put anyone talking to me about it in total confusion.i literally see things from a million points.. as if my brain splits the everything in veins . I see every angle , angles from those angles.. and so forth. I hate it! It is tormenting! I’m there now . I’m froze. I’m depressed. I’m stuck. Ugh 😩

That sounds hard. I have had times in my life when I have really struggled to see the path forward. Jim Rohn would always say “winter always ends… and then comes spring”. Sometimes we are in a winter phase of life. Spring will always come.

Perhaps, we first have to make good decisions? Then, commit to ensure they are brought to fruition. Committing to bad decisions might be just self-delusion. Since if they succeeded, the results may not serve either us, or those impacted, rightly. What we really need is the ability to see into the future. The closest to that is the widest possible knowledge base, and courage for necessary action.
