Ursula is pretty cool for an antagonist, not to mention her voice and singing😎😎😎
Rest in Peace Pat Carroll

Thought I was gonna be Ariel when I grew up but ended up being Ursula lol
Ursula's tentacles are moving
Congrats.
Ursula has the best pipes in the whole show, is smarter than Ariel, and is not nearly as annoying. Plus she has a nicer chest. (I am a guy, it does not help that they shoved it into my face) 1:14
I had a sister who thought she would grow up to be Balto. She ended up becoming Boris.
~N.W
Hahaha same
@@natewilson6760 chest is not important perv
@@natewilson6760 Yeah, she's so much smarter that she got defeated by Ariel and Eric even though she had King Trident's powers.
I still think Ariel's voice is the best. I'm not quite sure why you think Ariel is annoying since it takes a truck load of courage to go after her goal that's in another land, away from her whole family and against her whole family's wishes. And just because Ursula's chest is bigger doesn't mean it's better. That's not even what's important. What the heck.
When you realize you've never been the little mermaid you've always been Ursula but your fine with it
good song and wildly accurate villain, but all these people praising the witch and bragging they became her, wtf is wrong with you people? you don't have to be evil to be strong.
Right, I'm sitting here like wtf? 😂

Maybe it’s like a different writing style one way Ursula cons people they can’t read the fine print if they can’t read HA!
Ariel's voice is beautiful don't you think
Oh lord. XD XD XD
I wanna be Ursula in my school musically
The most important here is to speak the lyrics in a simging way, if that makes sense ! Its too fast for an amateur to sing every word
@@bo2720 thank you so much
Same
1:12 that shimmy 🤣🤣
As an adult, I think I'm way into her now
Thanks. Favorite villain song
I’m going to be in the little mermaid musical and I’m most likely going to be Ursula so I need to learn this song ,so thanks
Good luck bevause This honestly a DAMN hard one to nail the lyrics are fast and furious and you still need to nail the singing! Its extremely difficult
oooh how was tha musical??
This version is good but Howard Ashman’s rendition of it straight slaps.
I'm looking forward to singing this song from Pat Carroll (R.I.P.) for Round 1⃣ of Cafe Quarantine Karaoke in October 2022. 👍🏼if you think that it's a great Halloween song that never dies when it comes to witnessing nostalgia annually on All Hallows Eve.
I admit that in the past, I've been a nasty
They weren't kidding when they called me, well a witch.
But you'll find that nowadays, I've mended all my ways.
Repented, seen the light, and made a switch. (True? Yes)
And I fortunately know a little magic
It's a talent that I always have possessed.
And here lately, Please don't laugh,
I use it on behalf of the miserable, lonely, and depressed. (Pathetic.)
Poor Unfortunate Souls, in pain, in need
This one longing to be thinned
That one wants to get the girl and do I help them?
Yes indeed.
Those poor unfortunate souls, so sad, so true!
They come flocking to my cauldron
Crying "Spells, Ursula Please",
And I help them! Yes I do.
Now, it's happened once or twice
Someone couldn't pay the price,
And I'm afraid I had to rake 'em
Cross the coals
Yes, I've had the odd complaint
But on the whole,
I've been a saint.
To those poor unfortunate souls!!!
You'll have your looks
Your pretty face!
And don't underestimate the importance
Of body language, Ha!
The men up there don't like a lot of blabber!
They think a girl who gossips is a bore!
Yes, on land it's much preferred for ladies not to say a word
And after all dear, what is idle prattle for?
Come on, they're not all that impressed with conversation!
True gentleman avoid it when they can!
But they dote and swoon and fawn on a lady who's withdrawn!
It's she who holds her tongue who gets her man!
Come on, you poor unfortunate soul!
Go ahead! Make your choice!
I'm a very busy woman, and I haven't got all day!
It won't cost much, just your voice!
Ya poor unfortunate soul, it's sad, but true!
If you want to cross the bridge my sweet, you've got to pay the toll
Take a gulp and take a breath, and go ahead and sign the scroll!
Flotsam, Jetsam,
Now I've got her boys!
The boss is on a roll!
This poor unfortunate soul!!!
Don't roast me for copypasting, just wanna sing along
they come flocking to my cauldron
2:36 Ursula swiveling that rear around while casting the spell
Ursula is a villain, BUT SHE IS A GIRLBOSS VILLAIN
Why does this remind me of my grandma?😂
Please, do tell
~N.W
Lol 😂 One of my mom’s cousins has always reminded me of Ursula. She smokes like a chimney, wears red lipstick and strapless muumuus, and has a large bosom
Maybe your grandma is secretly a sea witch!

It's the first time I actually read the lyrics and OMG the sexism behind it, Love it! "The girl who holds its tongue gets the man" yikes!! Good thing she's the villain.
Yes the villain is lying to the hero to trick her into the trap....
Not even once did Ursula lie to Ariel in the entire movie or novel.@@andrewsmart4491

Kids: Ursula is scary!
Me: if you think she’s scary why aren’t you scared of me I look just like her :3
The body language part is so funny 😂
if u actually watch the video and not just the lyrics and play close attention you'll see this song is DEFINITLY NOT CHILD APPROPRIATE
love this song
Why am I singing this at 40 years old while making my lunch👀😂
Imagine the MC of Disney Twisted Wonderland dreaming this exact scene, when it comes to the Octavinelle Dorm Story. I can almost see a scene of the MC singing back this song to the Octavinelle Bois, after commenting how MC had these weird dreams
ursula does a number of things that i can't even say bc it's multiple references to things that probably a more "mature" person would do, as in she has very inappropriate behavior
Me repeating this song for the forty seventh time😭😂my fave✨
"La voce to meeee" (2:40) Italian and English AHAHAHAHAHHA
I thought It was a spell instead of Italian language.

@@alessandro.04 what's the difference between old Latin and Greek language anyway.
@@hazeeqrazak Greek uses their own symbol alphabet, Latin uses the same alphabet English uses, just in different combinations, but we still use Greek and Latin parts of the English language since it is a combination of many languages, we have stuff from Latin, Greek, French, Italian, and more

Anyone else feel bad for Ursula? Seriously just imagine being her. You’re a massive fatso with a hideous face and deep manly voice. You’re a single old lady probably because of that. You’re banished from the kingdom so you have to live in this cave with only two eel friends. The beautiful beloved princess (the exact opposite of you) goes to you wanting to be human, and you actually do exactly what she wants while being clear about the terms! You try to make a power grab through this because you have nothing else going for you, but for your trouble you get beaten up by a bunch of animals then stabbed in the gut by a ship. I feel for her... Ursula deserved a lot better in life.
