At Modern Building Solutions, we don’t just build homes; we build promises.
Here’s what we guarantee:
* We guarantee your home will be built and ready for delivery by the date promised. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will compensate you with $1,000 for each week we are overdue.
* If Council stops your application with no possibility of consent, we will refund your money in full.
* The build price quoted is the price you pay.
* 100% money back if transport is deemed not possible. If transport to the site is found to be unviable after the inspection, we will refund your deposit in full.
* Your project manager will support you until your project is complete. They will coordinate and manage the consent process to gaining approval. You will be provided with photo evidence weekly as your build progresses.
* Your home will be free from workmanship or material defects for 10 years. Any defects will be repaired at no cost to you.
