Not interested in his weight. He's a great speaker, a great communicator. And, by the way, for those of you who have issues with his weight - do you think it's easy for him to stand up in front of a crowd, knowing that at least half of them are going to judge him just the way you do? If you spent one day at that weight, would you have the guts to stand up and speak like that? No, you wouldn't. So pipe down and give the man the kudos he's earned.

He is currently Director of one of the largest VA hospitals in Southern California. His hospital has over 2,200 full time employees and is the care provider for more than 50,000 Veterans....so much for his leadership qualities, right. He has been in that position for more than 2 years and is looking at a promotion. He is a "kick in the ass" to be around and can bring a room to tears with his adventures from the Deep South. Most importantly, he does not give a shit what others think about him......but I do....I am his friend. Its an honor to call Dustin my friend.

"Well he'd better hurry up, cause he's about to piss me off" LOL, literally, LOL. Great speech, good story teller. Instinctive (I'm assuming) comedic timing.

Better yet,,,having a dad that cared enough to want him to "Hurry Up". Most today,,,well, "He's playing his video Games,,he's OK".

@@Squarehead45 I'm past even the active portion of the dad stuff, age wise, but I suspect you are likely right on the money. On the plus side, we did go out for active fun a goodly amount of the time, and we home schooled them, so there's that. ;-) It's a sad day when you realize your parents (or the universal you/me) as a parent, aren't even remotely perfect.

A seemingly random pop up on my UA-cam home page - loved it, am a new subscriber, and will be looking for your books too (hoping they are available for e-books). And for the viewers who didn’t catch the link to leadership, for me it was about being true to yourself because success comes in all shapes and sizes and looks different for different folks, and authenticity is what makes you stand out and be real.
