    great video and great pics, but, you should consider put on side the pictures all the specs about it, that really helps beginners to improve our photography

    2:51 image, what a look...that hat! ha! These videos are great, very chilled. Something about the contrast and colours of night lights that is very appealing.

      Haha, Top hat guy was very cool. I'm of the opinion that the world would be a better place with more top hats and neon lights😁👍

    Another great one David! I've said it before, bit my fav part of these is just the look around. But loads of great shots again in the video. My favourite one was the person with the hat in front of the metal door. Just a perfect street shot! Also really liked the one where you got low to the cobblestone street. Really enjoyed it mate. Hope you are doing well!

      Thanks, Paul. Really wish I'd have seen Top Hat Guy sooner so I had time to figure something out, but he made a great subject regardless. I'm heading over to York in a couple of weeks so you'll be able to see that lovely town too. Thanks for watching, mate. Take care out there 🖖

      Thank, Alex. It was an ambulance and I almost missed it! I saw it coming after shooting those lights and wasn't even sure if the settings would work and just hoped😂

    Some great images David I really like the one with the curved railing I would not dare go into the town center with a camera at night where I live keep up the good work

    • @DavidFlowerOfficial
      @DavidFlowerOfficial  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks, James. Walking around town at night is definitely more relaxed when I'm not alone, but being a 6'1 troll looking guy has it's advantages. I'm usually the one people cross the street to avoid😂

      @@DavidFlowerOfficial I have only done street a few times, would have done more if not for rolling lockdowns, but it's great fun!

      @DavidFlowerOfficial  3 роки тому +1

      @@AdrianRankin Absolutely, I'm really enjoying it, especially the night stuff. Throughout the lockdowns I stuck to nature mostly, but I think I'll be doing a bit more street now we're creeping towards shorter days 👍

      @@DavidFlowerOfficial I've always wondered if Ronin Hood's Bay is cute and pretty once the sun has set, or if it's a bit of a strange ghost town. I still fancy staying there at some time, just to see.

    Where can I find the same strap for one hand? But the standard one is too big. gets in the way. please tell me what kind of lens you can take on the sony a6000 to shoot people at a distance. Preferably not too expensive. maybe some kind of sigma? I now have a sigma 30 1/4 lens. but you have to get very close to him. which is not always convenient for street photography.

    • @DavidFlowerOfficial
      @DavidFlowerOfficial  2 роки тому +1

      My wrist strap is just a cheap Amazon one. A half decent telephoto for the a6000 on the cheaper end would be Sony's 55-210mm it's a great range, stabilized and has decent sharpness. I made a video with it a while back. Thanks for watching 🖖

      The Sony raw files are very easy to work with. 13 stops of DR and useable images up to about 1600iso on an apsc body. I'll take that 🖖😁
